Claims (4)
- 円筒状の樹脂製の筐体を有する加湿モジュールと、
前記筐体の軸に垂直な接続面で前記筐体の一端に接続される入口ヘッドと、
前記筐体の軸に垂直な接続面で前記筐体の他端に接続される出口ヘッドと、
前記筐体と前記入口ヘッドとの接続面と直交する接続面を有する第1のジョイント接続部を介して前記入口ヘッドに接続される加湿流体入口ジョイントと、
前記筐体と前記出口ヘッドとの接続面と直交する接続面を有する第2のジョイント接続部を介して前記出口ヘッドに接続される被加湿流体出口ジョイントと、
前記筐体と前記入口ヘッドとの接続部、前記筐体と前記出口ヘッドとの接続部、前記第1のジョイント接続部、及び前記第2のジョイント接続部をそれぞれ固定する締結部材と、
前記筐体に設けられ、被取付け部材に固定される固定部と、を備え、
前記筐体と前記入口ヘッドとの接続部と前記締結部材との間に設けられ、前記入口ヘッドの接続面方向の固定位置を調整可能とする第1クリアランスと、
前記筐体と前記出口ヘッドと接続部と前記締結部材との間に設けられ、前記出口ヘッドの接続面方向の固定位置を調整可能とする第2クリアランスと、
前記入口ヘッドと前記加湿流体入口ジョイントとの接続部と前記締結部材との間に設けられ、前記加湿流体入口ジョイントの接続面方向の固定位置を調整可能とする第3クリアランスと、
前記出口ヘッドと前記被加湿流体出口ジョイントとの接続部と前記締結部材との間に設けられ、前記被加湿流体出口ジョイントの接続面方向に固定位置を調整可能とする第4クリアランスと、を有し、
前記第1クリアランス、前記第2クリアランス、前記第3クリアランス及び前記第4クリアランスは、前記筐体の成形誤差よりも大きく、
前記加湿流体入口ジョイントの開口部及び前記被加湿流体出口ジョイントの開口部が、前記固定部を基準として位置決めされた加湿器。 - 請求項1記載の加湿器であって、前記筐体の側部に前記加湿モジュールから加湿流体を排出する加湿流体出口ジョイントが前記筐体の軸方向に平行な接続面で接続される加湿器。
- 請求項2記載の加湿器であって、前記第3クリアランスによる前記第1のジョイント接続部の固定位置の調整可能な方向及び前記第4クリアランスによる第2のジョイント接続部の固定位置の調整可能な方向は、前記第1クリアランスによる前記入口ヘッドと前記筐体と固定位置の調整可能な方向及び前記第2クリアランスによる前記出口ヘッドと前記筐体との固定位置の調整可能な方向と直交している加湿器。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の加湿器であって、前記入口ヘッドには、被加湿流体導入ポートが設けられており、前記被加湿流体導入ポートは前記固定部を基準として位置決めされた加湿器。
