Description
まず、本開示の実施の形態に係る内燃機関1および排気浄化装置100について、図1を用いて説明する。図1は、本実施の形態に係る内燃機関1および排気浄化装置100を模式的に示す図である。図1において、破線の矢印は、電気信号の流れを示している。
次に、ECU10の動作について、図2を用いて説明する。図2は、ECU10の動作のフローを示す図である。図2に示フローは、例えば、内燃機関1の始動時に開始される。
次に、本実施の形態の作用効果について、図3を用いて説明する。図3は、本開示の実施の形態および比較例それぞれに係るPM堆積量(DPFに堆積したPMの量)の変化を示す図である。図3において、横軸は経過時間を示しており、縦軸はPM堆積量を示している。

Claims (4)
- 排ガス中の炭化水素を吸蔵する酸化触媒と、
前記酸化触媒よりも下流側に設けられ、前記排ガス中の粒子状物質を捕集する捕集フィルタと、
前記酸化触媒における前記炭化水素の吸蔵量に応じて、前記捕集フィルタに堆積した前記粒子状物質を除去する再生処理の開始タイミングを決定する制御部と、を備える、
排気浄化装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記再生処理の実行が必要である場合、複数回の燃料噴射処理を含む第1噴射パターンを燃料噴射装置に実行させ、
前記第1噴射パターンの開始後に、前記炭化水素の吸蔵量が予め設定された吸蔵量以下になった場合、前記第1噴射パターンよりも燃料噴射処理の回数が多い第2噴射パターンを前記燃料噴射装置に実行させる、
請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。 - 前記第1噴射パターンは、パイロット噴射、プレ噴射、メイン噴射、および、アフタ噴射を含み、
前記第2噴射パターンは、パイロット噴射、プレ噴射、メイン噴射、アフタ噴射、および、ポスト噴射または排気管噴射を含む、
請求項2に記載の排気浄化装置。 - 排ガス中の炭化水素を吸蔵する酸化触媒と、
前記酸化触媒よりも下流側に設けられ、前記排ガス中の粒子状物質を捕集する捕集フィルタと、を備えた装置における排気浄化方法であって、
前記酸化触媒における前記炭化水素の吸蔵量に応じて、前記捕集フィルタに堆積した前記粒子状物質を除去する再生処理の開始タイミングを決定する、
