Description
Claims (6)
- コンピュータ(6)による非正常な印刷ノズル(8)の補整を伴って、インクジェット印刷機(7)において印刷プロセスを実施する方法であって、
印刷されるべき印刷像に対して網目スクリーン像(10)を作成する網目スクリーン化プロセスの後に、非正常な印刷ノズル(8)を、隣接している印刷ノズル(12)の増大したインク塗布によって補整する方法において、
前記隣接している印刷ノズル(12)に対して、前記コンピュータ(6)によって、少なくとも1つの修正網目スクリーン像(13)が前記網目スクリーン化プロセスの間に事前に計算され、前記修正網目スクリーン像(13)が、前記隣接している印刷ノズル(12)の少なくとも1つのコラムにおいて、前記網目スクリーン化プロセスにおいて作成された前記網目スクリーン像(10)と置き換わり、前記印刷プロセスが前記インクジェット印刷機(7)において修正された網目スクリーン(16)によって実施される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記網目スクリーン像(10)において、前記非正常な印刷ノズル(8)の印刷方向において、左側でも右側でも、前記隣接している印刷ノズル(12,15)の少なくとも2つのコラムが、少なくとも2つの異なる事前に計算された修正網目スクリーン像(13,14)によって置き換えられる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記非正常な印刷ノズルの印刷方向において、左側でも右側でも、前記非正常な印刷ノズル(8)に直接的に隣接している少なくとも1つのコラム(12)は、増大したインク塗布を伴う少なくとも1つの第1の修正網目スクリーン像(13)によって、前記非正常な印刷ノズル(8)を補整し、
前記非正常な印刷ノズルから離れて位置する少なくとも1つのコラム(15)は、低減したインク塗布を伴う少なくとも1つの第2の修正網目スクリーン像(14)によって、生じ得る過度の補整を阻止する、請求項2記載の方法。 - ずれている印刷点を伴う非正常な印刷ノズル(8)と
全く印刷しないまたは印刷が著しく低減されている非正常な印刷ノズル(8)と
に対してそれぞれ、これらに対応して整合されている、事前に計算された修正網目スクリーン像が使用される、請求項2または3記載の方法。 - 前記非正常な印刷ノズルの印刷方向においてそれぞれ左側に位置するコラムと右側に位置するコラム(12,15)とが補整を実行し、当該コラムに対して、異なる事前に計算された修正網目スクリーン像(13,14)が使用される、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記事前に計算された修正網目スクリーン像(13,14)における、増大したまたは低減した各前記インク塗布は、前記隣接している印刷ノズル(12,15)の増大したまたは低減したインク滴量によって実現される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
