Description
本発明は、概して、電熱式ヒータマットのヒータ素子およびヒータ素子を製造する方法に関する。本発明は、特に、防除氷システムで使用するための電熱式ヒータマットに関するが、これに限定されるものではない。電熱式ヒータマットは、氷が表面に形成される可能性のある用途範囲に適しており、特に航空機、または風力タービンのブレードのようなその他の空気力学的構造物において、氷の形成を阻止するために、かつ/または既に形成された氷を除去するために使用するのに適している。これら2つの機能は、それぞれ防氷および除氷と呼ぶことができる。
航空機にとって、飛行中、航空機の外表面上に氷が形成されるのは望ましくない。氷は、航空機表面に沿った滑らかな空気の流れを破壊し、抗力を増加させ、さらには、意図した機能を実施するための翼形の能力を減少させる。
本発明の第1の態様によれば、請求項1に記載の電熱式ヒータマットを製造する方法が提供される。この方法は、典型的には以下の工程:複数の誘電体層を設ける工程;レーザ粉末吹付けプロセス(laser blown powder process)を使用して誘電体層のうちの第1の層の上にヒータ素子を付着させる工程;誘電体層とヒータ素子とを備えた積層体を形成する工程;積層体の複数の誘電体層を共にラミネートする工程;を有する。
図1は、翼11を有する航空機1の平面図であって、翼11の前縁(前方縁)に沿って、5つの翼スラット12が配置されている。各翼スラット12は、電熱式防除氷システムを包含する。
Claims (10)
- 電熱式ヒータマットを製造する方法であって、
第1の誘電体層を設ける工程と、
レーザ粉末吹付けプロセスを使用して前記第1の誘電体層上にヒータ素子を付着させる工程と、
前記第1の誘電体層と、前記ヒータ素子と、1つ以上の別の誘電体層とを備える積層体を形成する工程と、
前記積層体の前記第1の誘電体層を前記別の誘電体層と共にラミネートする工程と、
を有し、
前記ヒータ素子は、第1の厚さを有する第1の長さと、第2の厚さを有する第2の長さと、を有しており、
前記ヒータ素子を付着させる前記工程の間に、前記第2の長さよりも前記第1の長さにおいて、粉末の厚さがより厚く付着されるように、付着工具を配置する、電熱式ヒータマットを製造する方法。 - 前記第1の誘電体層は、熱可塑性材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記誘電体層のそれぞれは、熱可塑性材料を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、PEEK、PEKK、PPS、PEI、もしくはPES、またはこれらの混合物を含む、請求項2または請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、PEEK、PEKK、またはこれらの混合物を含む、請求項2または請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、ナノセラミッククロスを含む、請求項2または請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒータ素子は、加熱トラックおよびバスバーを備えていて、
前記ヒータ素子を付着させる前記工程の間に、前記加熱トラックの付着のために第1の金属粉末を使用し、前記バスバーの付着のために異なる第2の金属粉末を使用する、
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の金属粉末の供給部および前記第2の金属粉末の供給部に付着工具が接続されており、前記付着工具は、前記加熱トラックの付着と前記バスバーの付着とを切り替える際に、前記第1の金属粉末の前記供給部の使用と前記第2の金属粉末の前記供給部の使用とを、前記第1の金属粉末の前記供給部から前記第2の金属粉末の前記供給部へ、または、前記第2の金属粉末の前記供給部から前記第1の金属粉末の前記供給部へ移行させるように構成されている、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の金属粉末の前記供給部から前記第2の金属粉末の前記供給部へ、または、前記第2の金属粉末の前記供給部から前記第1の金属粉末の前記供給部への移行中に、前記第1の粉末と前記第2の粉末との混合物が付着されるように、前記移行を徐々に行う、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒータ素子を付着させる前記工程の間に、前記第1の誘電体層は非平面層であり、付着工具を非平面の付着経路に追動させる、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
