Description
電磁駆動式の燃料噴射弁(21)の駆動コイル(52)に流れる駆動電流を制御する制御装置(60)であって、
前記燃料噴射弁に供給される燃料の圧力である供給燃圧が、前記燃料の圧力が異常に高いことを判定する判定圧力よりも高いか否か判定する判定部と、
前記判定部により前記供給燃圧が前記判定圧力よりも高くないと判定された場合に、前記駆動電流を第1態様に制御する第1制御部と、
前記判定部により前記供給燃圧が前記判定圧力よりも高いと判定された場合に、前記駆動電流を、前記第1態様よりも前記燃料噴射弁の開弁状態を維持し易い第2態様に制御する第2制御部と、
を備える。
Claims (14)
- 電磁駆動式の燃料噴射弁(21)の駆動コイル(52)に流れる駆動電流を制御する制御装置(60)であって、
前記燃料噴射弁に供給される燃料の圧力である供給燃圧が、前記燃料の圧力が正常時には成り得ない異常に高い圧力であることを判定する判定圧力よりも高いか否か判定する判定部と、
前記判定部により前記供給燃圧が前記判定圧力よりも高くないと判定された場合に、前記駆動電流を第1電流パターンに制御する第1制御部と、
前記判定部により前記供給燃圧が前記判定圧力よりも高いと判定された場合に、前記駆動電流を、前記第1電流パターンよりも前記燃料噴射弁の開弁状態を維持し易い第2電流パターンに制御する第2制御部と、
を備え、
前記第2電流パターンを実現するために前記駆動電流を噴射期間での最大値まで増加させる際に前記駆動コイルに印加する電圧は、前記第1電流パターンを実現するために前記駆動電流を噴射期間での最大値まで増加させる際に前記駆動コイルに印加する電圧よりも高い、燃料噴射弁の制御装置。 - 前記第2電流パターンは、前記駆動電流を噴射期間での最大値まで増加させた後に続けて維持する制御と、前記駆動電流を噴射期間での前記最大値から保持値まで減少させて維持する制御とを含む、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁の制御装置。
- 前記第1電流パターンは、前記駆動電流を噴射期間での最大値まで増加させた後に続けて保持値まで減少させて維持する制御を含み、
前記第2電流パターンにおける前記駆動電流の噴射期間での前記最大値は、前記第1電流パターンにおける前記駆動電流の噴射期間での前記最大値よりも大きい、請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁の制御装置。 - 電磁駆動式の燃料噴射弁(21)の駆動コイル(52)に流れる駆動電流を制御する制御装置(60)であって、
前記燃料噴射弁に供給される燃料の圧力である供給燃圧が、前記燃料の圧力が正常時には成り得ない異常に高い圧力であることを判定する判定圧力よりも高いか否か判定する判定部と、
前記判定部により前記供給燃圧が前記判定圧力よりも高くないと判定された場合に、前記駆動電流を第1電流パターンに制御する第1制御部と、
前記判定部により前記供給燃圧が前記判定圧力よりも高いと判定された場合に、前記駆動電流を、前記第1電流パターンよりも前記燃料噴射弁の開弁状態を維持し易い第2電流パターンに制御する第2制御部と、
を備え、
前記第2電流パターンは、前記駆動電流を噴射期間での最大値まで増加させた後に続けて維持する制御と、前記駆動電流を噴射期間での前記最大値から保持値まで減少させて維持する制御とを含み、
前記第1電流パターンは、前記駆動電流を噴射期間での最大値まで増加させた後に続けて保持値まで減少させて維持する制御を含み、
前記第2電流パターンにおける前記駆動電流の噴射期間での前記最大値は、前記第1電流パターンにおける前記駆動電流の噴射期間での前記最大値よりも大きい、燃料噴射弁の制御装置。 - 前記第1電流パターンは、前記駆動電流を噴射期間での最大値まで増加させた後に続けて保持値まで減少させて維持する制御を含み、
前記第2電流パターンにおける前記駆動電流の噴射期間での前記最大値は、前記第1電流パターンにおける前記駆動電流の噴射期間での前記最大値よりも小さい、請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁の制御装置。 - 電磁駆動式の燃料噴射弁(21)の駆動コイル(52)に流れる駆動電流を制御する制御装置(60)であって、
前記燃料噴射弁に供給される燃料の圧力である供給燃圧が、前記燃料の圧力が正常時には成り得ない異常に高い圧力であることを判定する判定圧力よりも高いか否か判定する判定部と、
前記判定部により前記供給燃圧が前記判定圧力よりも高くないと判定された場合に、前記駆動電流を第1電流パターンに制御する第1制御部と、
前記判定部により前記供給燃圧が前記判定圧力よりも高いと判定された場合に、前記駆動電流を、前記第1電流パターンよりも前記燃料噴射弁の開弁状態を維持し易い第2電流パターンに制御する第2制御部と、
を備え、
前記第2電流パターンは、前記駆動電流を噴射期間での最大値まで増加させた後に続けて維持する制御と、前記駆動電流を噴射期間での前記最大値から保持値まで減少させて維持する制御とを含み、
前記第1電流パターンは、前記駆動電流を噴射期間での最大値まで増加させた後に続けて保持値まで減少させて維持する制御を含み、
前記第2電流パターンにおける前記駆動電流の噴射期間での前記最大値は、前記第1電流パターンにおける前記駆動電流の噴射期間での前記最大値よりも小さい、燃料噴射弁の制御装置。 - 前記第2制御部は、前記駆動電流を噴射期間での前記最大値まで増加させた後に続けて維持する期間を、前記燃料噴射弁が搭載されるエンジン(11)の回転速度が高いほど短く設定する、請求項2~6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁の制御装置。
- 前記第2制御部は、前記駆動電流を噴射期間での前記最大値まで増加させた後に続けて維持する期間を、前記燃料噴射弁が開弁状態で安定するまでの期間に設定する、請求項2~6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁の制御装置。
- 前記第2制御部は、前記駆動電流を前記第2電流パターンに継続して制御した期間が所定期間よりも長くなった場合に、前記駆動電流を前記第2電流パターンから前記第1電流パターンに変更する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁の制御装置。
- 電磁駆動式の燃料噴射弁(21)の駆動コイル(52)に流れる駆動電流を制御する制御装置(60)であって、
前記燃料噴射弁に供給される燃料の圧力である供給燃圧が、前記燃料の圧力が正常時には成り得ない異常に高い圧力であることを判定する判定圧力よりも高いか否か判定する判定部と、
前記判定部により前記供給燃圧が前記判定圧力よりも高くないと判定された場合に、前記駆動電流を第1電流パターンに制御する第1制御部と、
前記判定部により前記供給燃圧が前記判定圧力よりも高いと判定された場合に、前記駆動電流を、前記第1電流パターンよりも前記燃料噴射弁の開弁状態を維持し易い第2電流パターンに制御する第2制御部と、
を備え、
前記第2制御部は、前記駆動電流を前記第2電流パターンに継続して制御した期間が所定期間よりも長くなった場合に、前記駆動電流を前記第2電流パターンから前記第1電流パターンに変更する、燃料噴射弁の制御装置。 - 前記第2制御部は、前記供給燃圧が前記判定圧力以下になった場合に、前記駆動電流を前記第2電流パターンから前記第1電流パターンに変更する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁の制御装置。
- 前記判定圧力は、前記駆動電流が前記第1電流パターンに制御されていると、前記燃料噴射弁により前記燃料を噴射することができなくなる圧力である、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁の制御装置。
- 前記判定圧力は、前記駆動電流が前記第1電流パターンに制御されていると、前記燃料噴射弁を全開状態にすることができなくなる圧力である、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁の制御装置。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁の制御装置と、
前記燃料噴射弁と、
前記供給燃圧を検出する燃圧センサ(57)と、
を備える、燃料噴射システム。
