Description
2.本発明の精細研磨処理では、レーザー照射後のリム1を平坦且つ滑らかにすることができ、使用者の需要を満たすことができる。
3.本発明の第2保護層60は、精細研磨面30を直接の衝突から保護できるとともに、塗料面10の保護を強化するという利点も得ることができる。

Claims (7)
- レーザー彫刻によるリム表面の処理方法であって、
リム表面に塗料面を塗装且つ硬化して形成する底色処理ステップと、
リムの所定の部分をレーザー方式で彫刻し、前記所定の部分において、レーザー方式により、前記塗料面を除去する彫刻処理ステップであって、彫刻された前記所定の部分は、金属艶のあるリムの表面を露出する露出部を備える彫刻処理ステップと、
リムを表面研磨する精細研磨処理ステップであって、前記露出部におけるリムの表面に精細研磨面を形成する精細研磨処理ステップと、を含み、
使用されるレーザー彫刻装置のパラメーターは、スキャン速度:100mm/s~4000mm/s、レーザー光の繰り返し周波数:1kHz~6kHz、出力:500W、波長:9000~11000nm、光の種類:CO 2 /fiberである、レーザー彫刻によるリム表面の処理方法。 - 前記底色処理ステップにおいて、リムにプライマーを塗布し、表面を硬化させて底面塗布層を形成し、前記底面塗布層に塗料を塗布してカラー塗料層を形成し、前記カラー塗料層と前記底面塗布層との組合せによって色付きな塗料面を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザー彫刻によるリム表面の処理方法。
- 前記彫刻処理ステップにおいて、前記所定の部分は、リムのスポーク部であり、且つ前記所定の部分の前記塗料面が彫刻によって除去され、彫刻された前記所定の部分において形成された前記露出部はパターンを形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のレーザー彫刻によるリム表面の処理方法。
- 前記底色処理ステップと前記彫刻処理ステップとの間に、第1塗料処理ステップを含み、
前記第1塗料処理ステップにおいて、リムの前記塗料面に保護塗料を塗装して、前記カラー塗料層の前記底面塗布層から離れる側に第1保護層を形成し、且つ前記第1保護層が前記塗料面を覆う、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のレーザー彫刻によるリム表面の処理方法。 - 前記精細研磨処理ステップ後、第2塗料処理ステップを含み、
前記第2塗料処理ステップにおいて、精細研磨後のリムに、保護塗料を再び塗装して、前記第1保護層の前記カラー塗料層から離れる側に第2保護層を形成し、且つ前記露出部における前記精細研磨面に前記第2保護層を硬化して形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のレーザー彫刻によるリム表面の処理方法。 - 前記底色処理ステップの前に、粗研磨処理ステップを含み、
前記粗研磨処理ステップにおいて、リムを予備洗浄及び表面研磨し、リム表面に粗研磨面を形成し、前記底色処理ステップにおいて、前記塗料面の底面塗布層は前記粗研磨面に塗布して硬化させる、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のレーザー彫刻によるリム表面の処理方法。 - 前記精細研磨処理ステップにおいて、前記所定の部分は、レーザー方式により前記露出部を形成し、且つ、前記粗研磨面を露出してから、前記露出部における前記粗研磨面を表面研磨して、前記粗研磨面を研磨して前記精細研磨面を形成し、前記精細研磨面の表面粗さは前記粗研磨面の表面粗さよりも小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のレーザー彫刻によるリム表面の処理方法。
