ハウジング100は、頂壁101、底壁102及び周壁103を備え、周壁103は、頂壁101及び底壁102を接続し、収容チャンバ100aは、頂壁101、底壁102及び周壁103で囲まれてなり、頂壁101には、収容チャンバ100aに連通する貫通孔104が開設され、少なくとも一部のレンズ200が突出するために用いられる。
Claims (10)
- 撮像装置であって、
収容チャンバを有するハウジングと、前記収容チャンバ内に配置された光学結像部及び防振機構とを備え、前記光学結像部は、光軸を有するレンズと、前記レンズが移動するように駆動する駆動機構とを備え、
前記防振機構は、第1可動部、第1固定部、第1コイル、第1磁石、光学フィルタ及び感光センサを備え、前記第1可動部は、ボールにより前記第1固定部に転動支持され、前記第1コイル、前記光学フィルタ及び前記感光センサは、いずれも前記第1可動部に固定接続され、前記第1磁石は、前記第1固定部に固定接続され、前記第1磁石は、前記第1コイルに対向して間隔を隔てて設けられ、
前記駆動機構は、前記レンズが移動するように駆動する第2磁石を備え、
前記第1磁石、前記第1コイル及び前記第2磁石は、前記光軸の方向に順に間隔を隔てて設けられ、前記第1コイルは、前記第1磁石及び前記第2磁石の両方の作用を受けて前記第1可動部が運動するように駆動することを特徴とする撮像装置。 - 前記第1磁石及び前記第2磁石は、いずれも複数組設けられ、複数組の前記第1磁石と複数組の前記第2磁石は、光軸の周りに一対一に対応して設けられ、各組の前記第1磁石は、光軸に垂直な方向に別体に2つ設けられ、且つ別体に設けられた2つの前記第1磁石は、光軸の方向に反対の着磁方向を有し、各組の前記第2磁石は、光軸に垂直な方向に沿って着磁され、且つ各組の前記第2磁石は、対応して設けられた各組の前記第1磁石の前記第2磁石に対向する一方側と反対の磁極分布方向を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記第1可動部は、前記光軸の方向に直交する第1方向及び第2方向に平行移動することができ、且つ前記第1方向及び前記第2方向に限定された平面内で回転運動することができ、前記第1方向は、前記第2方向に垂直であり、前記防振機構は、前記第1方向に平行な第1軸及び前記第2方向に平行な第2軸を有し、前記光軸は、前記第1軸と前記第2軸との交差点を通過し、前記第1コイルは、複数組設けられ、複数組の前記第1コイルは、前記光軸の周りに設けられ、複数組の前記第1コイルは、前記交差点に対して略回転対称に分布し、且つ複数組の前記第1コイルは、前記第1軸及び前記第2軸に対して非軸対称に分布することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記光学結像部は、オートフォーカス式レンズ構造であり、前記駆動機構は、第2可動部、第2固定部、弾性支持部及び第2コイルをさらに備え、前記レンズ及び前記第2コイルは、いずれも前記第2可動部に固定接続され、前記第2磁石は、前記第2固定部に固定され、前記第2磁石は、前記第2コイルと対向して間隔を隔てて設けられ、前記弾性支持部の両端がそれぞれ第2可動部及び第2固定部に接続されることにより、前記第2可動部が前記収容チャンバ内にサスペンションされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記光学結像部と前記防振機構は、前記光軸の方向に分離可能に当接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記光学結像部は、ペリスコープレンズ構造又はズーム式レンズ構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記第1可動部の前記光軸の方向における逆光側に第1凸起が凸設され、前記第1凸起の前記第1可動部から離れる端面に第1溝が凹設され、
前記第1固定部の前記光軸の方向における受光側に第2溝が凹設され、前記第2溝は、前記第1溝に対応し、
前記感光センサは、前記第1凸起に固定され、前記感光センサの一端は、前記第1溝内に延伸し、前記感光センサの他端は、前記第2溝内に延伸し、
前記第1可動部の前記光軸の方向における受光側に段差溝が貫通され、前記段差溝は、前記第1溝に対応し、且つ前記第1溝に連通するまで貫通し、前記光学フィルタは、前記段差溝内に固定され、前記光学フィルタと前記感光センサは、前記光軸の方向に沿って対向して間隔を隔てて設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記第1可動部の前記光軸の方向における逆光側に第3溝が凹設され、前記第3溝内にヨークが固定され、前記ヨークは、前記第1磁石と一対一に対応することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記第1可動部の前記光軸の方向における逆光側に第2凸起が凸設され、前記第2凸起の前記第1可動部から離れる端面に第4溝が凹設され、前記第4溝内に第1板体が設けられ、
前記第1固定部の前記光軸の方向における受光側に第5溝が凹設され、前記第5溝は、前記第4溝と一対一に対応し、前記第5溝内に第2板体が設けられ、
前記ボールは、前記第1板体と前記第2板体との間に設けられ、前記ボールの前記第1可動部に近接する一端は、前記第4溝内に延伸し、且つ前記第1板体に転動接続され、前記ボールの前記第1固定部に近接する一端は、前記第5溝内に延伸し、且つ前記第2板体に転動接続されることにより、前記第1可動部は、光軸の方向に直交する平面で往復移動することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像装置。 - 携帯電子機器であって、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の撮像装置を備えることを特徴とする携帯電子機器。
