Description
本発明は、一対の着座部材のうちの一方が、ハウジングの端面に接触するフランジ部を有し、ハウジングの端面に接触するフランジ部の端面には、パイロット圧室とドレン通路とを常時連通させるスリットが形成されることを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 作動流体の流れを制御する制御弁であって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに形成され前記ハウジングの端面に開口する収容孔と、
前記収容孔に摺動自在に挿入される弁体と、
前記収容孔の開口を封止するキャップと、
前記弁体を一方向へ付勢する付勢部材と、
前記キャップに設けられ、手動操作によって前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗して前記弁体を移動させる切換部と、
前記キャップの内部に形成され前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗して前記弁体を付勢するパイロット圧が導かれるパイロット圧室と、
前記キャップに形成され前記パイロット圧室にパイロット圧を導くパイロットポートと、
前記パイロット圧室の圧力をタンクに逃がすドレン通路と、
前記ドレン通路に設けられ通過する作動流体の流れに抵抗を付与する絞り部と、を備えることを特徴とする制御弁。 - 前記ドレン通路は、前記パイロット圧室と前記タンクとを常時連通させ、
前記タンクへの前記ドレン通路の連通開度は、前記弁体のストローク位置に関わらず一定であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御弁。 - 前記切換部は、前記キャップに形成されるねじ孔に螺合し、手動操作によって前記弁体に対して進退する切換ボルトを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の制御弁。
- 前記キャップ内に設けられ、前記付勢部材の両端が着座して前記付勢部材の伸縮に伴い相対移動する一対の着座部材をさらに備え、
前記一対の着座部材が互いに当接することにより、前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗する前記弁体の移動が規制されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の制御弁。 - 前記一対の着座部材のうちの一方は、前記ハウジングの端面に接触するフランジ部を有し、
前記ハウジングの端面に接触する前記フランジ部の端面には、前記パイロット圧室と前記ドレン通路とを常時連通させるスリットが形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の制御弁。
