Description
The present invention relates to an automatic door with enhanced safety during use and a protection sensor for an automatic door with enhanced safety during use of the automatic door.
2017年に日本工業規格JIS―A4722(歩行者用自動ドアセット-安全性)が制定された。 In 2017, the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS-A4722 (automatic door set for pedestrians-safety) was established. This standard was created in consideration of the hazards peculiar to automatic doors, and stipulates the requirements and test methods for ensuring the safety of automatic doors when using them. Each requirement usually has multiple options, but in the case of sliding doors, hinged doors, for example, the most typical example is the blocking or reflection of light, radio waves, etc. in or near the moving area of the door, or other principles. The condition is that it is monitored by an electrical detection protection device that activates the detection function. In addition, when a rectangular parallelepiped box called a reference body, each of which has a predetermined size and a predetermined diffuse reflectance, is placed within a predetermined range on the floor surface in or near the moving area of the door, the protective device is a reference body. It is stipulated that it must be confirmed that it is detected. It is conceivable to incorporate an LED or the like that emits light when the protective device detects it in the controller that controls the opening and closing of the automatic door or the main body of the protective device, and use it for detection confirmation. However, since both the controller and the protective device are generally installed higher than the upper surface of the door, the reference body is moved and positioned within a predetermined range on the floor surface while being positioned on the controller or protective device above the door. You will look up at the small LED to see if the protective device is detected. Such work is extremely time-consuming and places a heavy burden on the body of the automatic door builder and inspector.
After resetting the protective device, check the function of all the protective devices, start the operation of the automatic door only when the safety function is working properly, and move the end of the door at least every cycle. It is necessary to carry out a functional check of all protective devices in either the position or the stop position and to continue the operation of the automatic door only when the safety function is working properly. These conditions are newly added in the above JIS standard, but the movement of the door when the safety function of the automatic door corresponding to the above JIS standard is working correctly and the conventional method that does not correspond to the above JIS standard. Since there is no difference in the movement of the door of the automatic door, it is possible for the installer or manager of the automatic door to determine whether the safety function corresponding to the above JIS standard is working correctly just by looking at the movement of the door. There is a problem that it cannot be done. It is conceivable to check the safety functions of all protective devices and incorporate LEDs, etc. that emit light when there is no problem in the controller to confirm that the safety functions are working properly, but the controller when operating the automatic door Because it is covered with a lid and cannot be seen, the scenes that can be used are limited.
In the conventional automatic door, the installer or the inspector of the automatic door can easily confirm that the moving area of the door or a predetermined range in the vicinity thereof is surely monitored by the electric detection protection device. There wasn't. In addition, even if the function of the electric detection protection device is confirmed and the automatic door is started or continued to operate only when the safety function is working properly, the safety function is correct during the actual operation. The installer, inspector, manager, etc. of the automatic door could not easily confirm that it was working reliably.
In order to solve the above problems, the first means of the present invention includes a door, a drive unit for driving the door, a controller having an operation mode and controlling the drive of the door at least in the operation mode. It has one or more protection sensors for detecting a person in a predetermined area around the door and a sound generating unit, and the controller has a predetermined sound from the sound generating unit according to the state of the protection sensor. It is an automatic door characterized by generating.
According to the automatic door of the first means, the state of the protection sensor for detecting and protecting the moving area of the automatic door door and the people in the vicinity thereof can be easily known only by listening to the sound from the sound generating part. Because it can be done, the safety of the automatic door can be improved.
The second means further has a protection sensor setting mode with respect to the first means, and in the protection sensor setting mode, the controller is detecting and not detecting the protection sensor, and the sound generating unit. It is an automatic door characterized by changing the sound generated from.
Further, the third means, with respect to the second means, in the protection sensor setting mode, the controller generates a sound from the sound generating unit during the detection of the protection sensor, and the sound is generated during the non-detection. It is an automatic door characterized by stopping the generation.
According to the automatic door of the second means, the sound generated from the sound generating unit changes between the detection and non-detection of the protection sensor in the protection sensor setting mode. Therefore, the installer or inspector of the automatic door can detect the protection sensor of the automatic door by simply listening to the sound generated from the sound generating part while changing the position of the reference body placed on the floor surface, without raising or lowering the line of sight. The area can be easily confirmed.
Further, according to the automatic door of the third means, a sound is generated during the detection of the protection sensor, and no sound is generated during the non-detection, so that it is easy to intuitively distinguish between the two. Therefore, the detection area of the protection sensor can be confirmed more easily.
The fourth means further comprises an activation sensor for the second or third means that detects a passerby passing through the door and sends an activation signal to the controller, and in the protection sensor setting mode, the controller. Is an automatic door characterized in that a sound different from the sound generated from the sound generating unit during the detection or non-detection of the protection sensor is generated from the sound generating unit during the detection of the activation sensor.
The fifth means is an automatic door, characterized in that, with respect to the fourth means, the activation sensor and at least one of the protection sensors are integrated sensors.
According to the automatic door of the fourth means, in the protection sensor setting mode, a sound different from the sound generated from the sound generation unit during the detection or non-detection of the protection sensor is generated during the detection of the activation sensor. It arises from. Therefore, the installer or inspector of the automatic door, for example, simply listens to the sound generated from the sound generating part while changing the position of the object to be detected placed on the floor surface, and the automatic door activation sensor does not raise or lower the line of sight. The detection area of can be easily confirmed.
Further, according to the automatic door of the fifth means, the activation sensor and at least one of the protection sensors are integrated sensors. This makes it possible to reduce the cost and facilitate the sensor mounting work. In addition, since different sounds are generated from the sound generating part during the detection of the activation sensor and the detection of the protection sensor, the installer or inspector of the automatic door, for example, can position the reference body or the detected body placed on the floor. It is possible to easily check the detection areas of the automatic door start sensor and the protection sensor without raising or lowering the line of sight by simply listening to the sound generated from the sound generating unit while changing the speed.
The sixth means is an automatic door characterized in that the driving of the door is stopped in the protection sensor setting mode with respect to any of the second to fifth means.
According to the automatic door of the sixth means, the driving of the door is stopped in the protection sensor setting mode. Since the detection range of the protection sensor is often defined by the distance from the door, stopping the door makes it possible to easily confirm the accurate detection area. In addition, when checking the detection area of the protection sensor, there is no risk that the installer or inspector of the automatic door will be hit or pinched by the door, so the work of checking the detection area can be carried out safely and with peace of mind.
The seventh means confirms with respect to any of the first to sixth means that all the protection sensors are functioning normally before the controller starts driving the door in the operation mode. However, different sounds are generated from the sound generating unit depending on whether it is normal or abnormal, and if it is normal, the driving of the door is started, and if there is an abnormality, the driving of the door is stopped. It is an automatic door characterized by that.
Further, the eighth means is an automatic door characterized in that a short-time sound is generated from the sound generating unit in the normal case and a long-time sound is generated in the case of an abnormality with respect to the seventh means. ..
According to the automatic door of the seventh means, in the operation mode, the controller checks the self-diagnosis results of all the protection sensors before starting the driving of the door, and makes a sound depending on whether it is normal or abnormal. A different sound is generated from the part, and if it is normal, the door is started to be driven, and if there is an abnormality, the door is stopped to be driven. As a result, the manager or inspector of the automatic door can confirm whether or not there is a problem with the safety function of the protection sensor simply by listening to the sound generated from the sound generating part at the timing when the door should be started to be driven. ..
Further, according to the automatic door of the eighth means, when all the protection sensors are normal, a short-time sound is generated from the sound generating unit, and when there is an abnormality, a long-time sound is generated. As a result, if the protection sensor is normal, sound is generated only for a short time from the sound generating part, so passersby of the automatic door do not care much even if the sound is generated, but the administrator of the automatic door, etc. By listening to the sound generated from the sound generator, it can be easily confirmed that there is no problem with the safety function of the protection sensor. Further, when there is an abnormality in the protection sensor, a sound is generated from the sound generating part for a long time, so that the administrator of the automatic door or the like can quickly notice the abnormality.
The ninth means, with respect to any of the first to eighth means, in the operation mode, the controller is in a predetermined area of the predetermined area in the traveling direction of the door while the door is being driven. When the protection sensor that detects a person detects a person, the automatic door is characterized in that a sound is generated from the sound generation unit and a protection operation is performed.
According to the automatic door of the ninth means, in the operation mode, if the protection sensor detects a person within a predetermined area on the traveling direction side of the door while the controller is driving the door, the door may collide with the person. Therefore, a sound is generated from the sound generating part to warn the person near the door, and at the same time, the door is suddenly stopped to protect the person, the door is inverted, the door is switched to low speed operation, etc. By performing the protective operation of, the safety of people near the door can be ensured. When a person comes toward the door without noticing the opening / closing operation of the door, it is particularly effective to generate a warning sound to notify the danger, and the safety of the automatic door can be further enhanced.
The tenth means is the same as that of the first to nine means, in the operation mode, the controller completes the self-diagnosis of all the protection sensors after the automatic door is turned on. It is an automatic door characterized in that sound is generated from the sound generating unit until it is ready to be driven.
According to the automatic door of the tenth means, in the operation mode, the controller makes a sound from the time when the automatic door is turned on until the self-diagnosis of all the protection sensors is completed and the door is ready to be driven. Generate sound from the part. Even in the operation mode, it takes a longer time for the protection sensor to self-diagnose when the power is turned on than during normal operation, so it will not be possible to pass immediately. You can avoid unnecessary confusion by telling the administrator and passersby of.
The eleventh means has the same effect as that of the first to tenth means, even when the controller has a problem unrelated to the protection sensor in the automatic door in the operation mode, the sound generation unit can be used. It is an automatic door characterized by generating sound.
Further, the twelfth means is characterized in that, in the operation mode, the controller generates a plurality of types of sounds from the sound generating unit according to the content of the defect with respect to the eleventh means. Is.
According to the automatic door of the eleventh means, when a malfunction occurs in the automatic door in the operation mode, a sound is generated to notify the administrator of the automatic door, etc., even if the cause is not related to the protection sensor. .. Therefore, compared to other methods such as making the light emitting part emit light to notify, even if the administrator does not voluntarily go to see the state of the light emitting part, the sound from the sound generating part is only around the automatic door. Since it sounds natural, it is possible to quickly notice the occurrence of a malfunction of the automatic door.
Further, according to the automatic door of the twelfth means, the administrator of the automatic door can easily grasp the details of the malfunction of the automatic door by simply listening to the sound generated from the sound generating unit without using a setting device or the like. Therefore, for example, when requesting repair, the content of the defect can be communicated quickly and accurately. Also, compared to the method of making the light emitting part emit light to inform the content of the defect, it is easier to identify the difference in the pattern of many types of sounds by using sound, so the content of the defect is divided into more details to the administrator etc. It can be grasped separately.
The thirteenth means is an automatic door mounted on the controller or the protection sensor for any of the first inner to twelve means.
According to the automatic door of the thirteenth means, the sound generating unit is mounted on the controller or the protection sensor and does not require a dedicated circuit board or wiring, so that the cost can be reduced.
The fourteenth means further has a light emitting unit that emits light with respect to any of the first to thirteen means, and the controller emits a predetermined sound from the sound generating unit according to the state of the protection sensor. It is an automatic door characterized in that it is generated and a predetermined light is emitted from the light emitting unit according to the state of the protection sensor.
Further, the fifteenth means is an automatic door characterized in that the controller can be set to stop the generation of sound from the sound generation unit with respect to the fourteenth means.
Further, the 16th means is an automatic door, wherein the light emitting unit is mounted on the vicinity of the power switch of the automatic door or on the protection sensor, as opposed to the 14th or 15th means.
According to the automatic door of the fourteenth means, the state of the protection sensor of the automatic door can be known not only by the sound generated from the sound generating part but also by the light emitted from the light emitting part, so that the safety of the automatic door can be improved. It can be further enhanced.
Further, according to the automatic door of the fifteenth means, since it is possible to set to stop the generation of sound from the sound generating unit, it is possible to stop the generation of sound as needed, such as at night. For example, the sound may be generated in the protection sensor setting mode, and the sound may be stopped in the operation mode as needed. Also, for example, after turning on the power of the automatic door in the operation mode, a sound is generated until the door opening / closing operation is completed several times to confirm that there is no abnormality in the safety function of the protection sensor, and then the automatic door Sound generation may be stopped until the power is turned off. Even when the sound generation is stopped, the state of the protection sensor of the automatic door can be confirmed by the light emitted from the light emitting unit.
Further, according to the automatic door of the sixteenth means, the light emitting unit is mounted on the vicinity of the power switch on the outside of the horizontal frame of the automatic door or on the protection sensor. As a result, the light emitting part is in a position that can be visually recognized from around the automatic door without opening the lid of the horizontal frame even in the operation mode, so that the manager or inspector of the automatic door can easily check the state of the protection sensor. be able to.
The seventeenth means is an automatic door according to any one of the first to sixteenth means, wherein the automatic door is any one of a sliding door, a hinged door, a folding door, and a revolving door.
According to the automatic door of the seventeenth means, the automatic door has a different shape and movement depending on the type of sliding door, hinged door, folding door, rotating door, etc., but one that detects a person in a predetermined area around the door. It has the above protection sensor, and the controller generates a predetermined sound from the sound generation unit according to the state of the protection sensor. Therefore, the installer, the inspector, etc. can easily know the state of the protection sensor of the automatic door regardless of the type of the automatic door just by listening to the sound generated from the sound generating part, which enhances the safety of the automatic door. be able to.
In order to solve the above problem, the eighteenth means is a protection sensor for an automatic door that has an operation mode and a setting mode and detects a person in a predetermined area around the door of the automatic door, and is a sound generation unit. The automatic door protection sensor is characterized in that, in the setting mode, sound is generated from the sound generation unit according to the detection status of the protection sensor.
When the 19th means receives the signal of the start of diagnosis to the 18th means in the operation mode, it self-diagnoses whether the sensor is functioning normally, and transmits a predetermined signal at least if it is normal. It is a protection sensor for automatic doors.
The twentieth means is an automatic door protection sensor that is integrated with a start sensor that detects a passerby and transmits a start signal to the eighteenth or nineteenth means.
According to the protection sensor for the automatic door of the eighteenth means, in the setting mode, the detection status of the protection sensor can be easily known only by listening to the sound from the sound generation part of the protection sensor, so that the detection area of the protection sensor Can be easily confirmed.
Further, according to the protection sensor for the automatic door of the nineteenth means, when the signal of the start of diagnosis is received from the controller of the automatic door in the operation mode, it is automatically diagnosed that the sensor is functioning normally, and at least when it is normal. Sends a predetermined signal to the controller, so the controller of the automatic door may start opening and closing the automatic door only when it receives a predetermined signal indicating that the protection sensor is functioning normally. It is possible to realize a safe automatic door.
Further, according to the protection sensor for the automatic door of the twentieth means, since it is integrated with the activation sensor for detecting a passerby and starting the opening operation of the automatic door, compared with the case where the two sensors are attached respectively. The cost is low and the installation work is easy.
The automatic door of the present invention has a sound generating unit, and generates a predetermined sound from the sound generating unit according to the state of the protection sensor. For example, in the protection sensor setting mode, if sound is generated during detection of the protection sensor and no sound is generated during non-detection, the installer or inspector of the automatic door moves the reference body on the floor surface. It is possible to easily confirm that the moving area of the door and a predetermined area in the vicinity thereof are reliably monitored by the protection sensor only by confirming the sound from the sound generating portion while positioning the door. Also, for example, in the operation mode, if the self-diagnosis of the protection sensor is always performed before driving the door, and only when the result is normal, a short-time sound is generated from the sound generating part and the door opening / closing operation is started. The installer, inspector, manager, etc. of the automatic door can easily confirm that the safety function by the protection sensor of the automatic door is working reliably just by listening to the sound from the sound generator.
That is, according to the present invention, the state of the protection sensor, which is the most important for the safety of the automatic door, can be notified to the installer, the inspector, the manager, etc. of the automatic door by the sound from the sound generating part. Can increase the safety of the door.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention according to the automatic door will be described with reference to the drawings.
(First Embodiment)
FIG. 1A is an overall view illustrating the outline of the
A
By the way, the
For example, when adjusting the size and position of the
Further, the four
If there is an abnormality in the protection / safety function of the
As described above, the
As shown in FIG. 1A, in the case of a hinged door in JIS-A4722, the reference is to a predetermined area around the door, specifically, a protection
The
The
Further, in JIS-A4722, when the
Further, for example, in the vicinity of the power switch of the
Further, in the protection sensor setting mode, the
In order to start the opening operation at the timing when the passerby of the
FIG. 2 is a block diagram illustrating an outline of the
The
When the mode is switched to the protection sensor setting mode, the
Next, the operation in the protection sensor setting mode will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3A is a flowchart illustrating the operation in the protection sensor setting mode. When the
The same procedure is repeated for the remaining three
After repeating the same procedure to set the detection range of all the detection surfaces 6S and 6H of the four
Next, the operation when the
In the flowchart of FIG. 4, for example, when the setting of the dip switch on the circuit board of the
Next, the flowchart of FIG. 5 will be described. When the
Further, when the
Further, when the

Hereinafter, a second embodiment according to the automatic door of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(Second embodiment)
The first embodiment is a hinged door, whereas the second embodiment is a sliding door as shown in FIG. 7, and in the first embodiment, the controller is directly connected to the protection sensor and the activation sensor. The second embodiment is different in that the controller and the protection sensor or the activation sensor are connected via the CAN network. However, since the configuration according to the main part of the present invention is the same as that of the first embodiment, such that the controller generates sound from the sound generating part according to the state of the protection sensor, only the outline of the same part will be described. Details will be omitted.

When the automatic door 21 is set to the protection sensor setting mode, when at least one of the function of the closed operation protection sensor 25p of the
