Description
突出し板に突出し器を固定するための突出し形状部(ejector profile)と、
射出成形品と相補的である外形を有する型インサート(figure insert)と
を備え、
突出し器は、突出し形状部と型インサートとの間に配置される可撓性要素を更に備え、可撓性要素は、角度の付いた変位によってネガティブ部を離型するために型インサートを押すとともに、突出し器をその射出位置に戻すために型インサートを引っ張るようになっていることを特徴とする。
図2に示されるように、金型1のパンチに機械加工された角度付き収容部に収容される。

前記突出し器(3)が、前記突出し形状部(5)と前記型インサート(6)との間に配置される可撓性要素(7)を更に備え、前記可撓性要素(7)が、角度の付いた変位によって前記ネガティブ部を離型するために前記型インサート(6)を押すとともに、前記突出し器(3)をその射出位置に戻すために前記型インサート(6)を引っ張るようになっていることを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂射出成形用金型内のネガティブ部を離型するための装置。

前記可撓性要素(7)が圧縮も伸張もできない螺旋状ばねである、項目1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂射出成形用金型内のネガティブ部を離型するための装置。

前記螺旋状ばねが1本のケーブルと組み合わされて、単一の可撓性要素(7)を形成する、項目2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂射出成形用金型内のネガティブ部を離型するための装置。
[項目4]
前記可撓性要素(7)が、連結部分(8)によって、前記型インサート(6)と前記突出し形状部(5)とに結合されている、項目1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂射出成形用金型内のネガティブ部を離型するための装置。
Claims (3)
- 突出し器(3)を含む、熱可塑性樹脂射出成形用金型内のネガティブ部を離型するための装置であって、
前記突出し器(3)が、
突出し板(2)に前記突出し器を固定するための突出し形状部(5)と、
射出成形品(4)と相補的である外形を有する型インサート(6)と
を備える、装置において、
前記突出し器(3)が、前記突出し形状部(5)と前記型インサート(6)との間に配置される可撓性要素(7)を更に備え、前記可撓性要素(7)が、角度の付いた変位によって前記ネガティブ部を離型するために前記型インサート(6)を押すとともに、前記突出し器(3)をその射出位置に戻すために前記型インサート(6)を引っ張るようになっており、前記可撓性要素(7)が圧縮も伸張もできない螺旋状ばねである、熱可塑性樹脂射出成形用金型内のネガティブ部を離型するための装置。 - 前記螺旋状ばねが1本のケーブルと組み合わされて、単一の可撓性要素(7)を形成する、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂射出成形用金型内のネガティブ部を離型するための装置。
- 前記可撓性要素(7)が、連結部分(8)によって、前記型インサート(6)と前記突出し形状部(5)とに結合されている、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂射出成形用金型内のネガティブ部を離型するための装置。
