Description
Claims (15)
- 項部透過像測定を行う超音波診断撮像システムであって、前記超音波診断撮像システムは、命令を記憶するストレージ要素と、前記命令を実行するプロセッサとを含み、前記命令は実行されると、前記超音波診断撮像システムに、
超音波プローブを使用して、超音波画像データを取得させ、
前記超音波画像データから、胎児の少なくとも一部を含む胎児超音波画像を生成させ、
連続的な胎児超音波画像フレームを表示させ、
ズームボックスを前記胎児の項部襞上に配置させ、
前記連続的な胎児超音波画像フレームにおけるフレーム毎に前記ズームボックス内の胎児画像データを追跡させ、
項部透過像測定を行うために、前記胎児超音波画像のうちの1つ以上の胎児超音波画像における項部襞を解析させるようにし、
前記ズームボックスは、拡大係数に基づいて画像を拡大し、前記ズームボックスのサイズは、前記胎児の在胎期間に基づいて、前記超音波診断撮像システムによって自動的に設定される、超音波診断撮像システム。 - 前記ズームボックスの前記サイズは更に、前記胎児の頭殿長に基づいている、請求項1に記載の超音波診断撮像システム。
- 前記在胎期間は、前記超音波診断撮像システムに手動で入力される患者データに基づいている、請求項1に記載の超音波診断撮像システム。
- 前記在胎期間は、胎児生体構造特徴に基づいている、請求項1に記載の超音波診断撮像システム。
- 前記命令は更に、前記超音波診断撮像システムに、子宮内の胎児の動きを追跡させる、請求項1に記載の超音波診断撮像システム。
- 前記命令は更に、前記超音波診断撮像システムに、フレーム毎に前記胎児の位置の変化を追跡させる、請求項1に記載の超音波診断撮像システム。
- 前記命令は更に、前記超音波診断撮像システムに、胎児の位置の変化に応じて、前記胎児超音波画像上の前記ズームボックスを再配置させる、請求項6に記載の超音波診断撮像システム。
- 項部透過像検査を行う方法であって、
関心の項部透過像領域を含む胎児の画像を取得するステップと、
前記関心の項部透過像領域上にズームボックスを配置するステップと、
前記ズームボックス内の胎児の動きをリアルタイムで自動的に追跡するステップと、
項部透過像測定を行うステップと、
を含み、
前記ズームボックスは、拡大係数に基づいて画像を拡大し、前記ズームボックスのサイズは、前記胎児の在胎期間に基づいて、ユーザのために自動的に設定される、方法。 - 前記ズームボックスのサイズは更に、前記胎児の頭殿長に基づいている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 胎児の動きを自動的に追跡する前記ステップは更に、時間的に異なる画像フレーム間の胎児の位置の変化を決定するステップを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 胎児の動きを自動的に追跡する前記ステップは更に、胎児の位置の変化に応じて、前記胎児の画像上で前記ズームボックスを再配置するステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 胎児の動きを自動的に追跡する前記ステップは更に、フレーム毎の画像データの2D相関によって、1つの時間的画像フレームから別の時間的画像フレームへの胎児の位置の変化を計算するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記命令は更に、前記超音波診断撮像システムに、前記ズームボックス内の前記画像のための前記拡大係数を自動的に計算させる、請求項1に記載の超音波診断撮像システム。
- 前記拡大係数は、前記胎児の前記在胎期間に基づいて計算される、請求項13に記載の超音波診断撮像システム。
- 前記ズームボックスのサイズ及び前記拡大係数は、前記ズームボックスが前記胎児の上部胸部及び頭部領域のみを示すように設定される、請求項13に記載の超音波診断撮像システム。
