Description
本発明の目的は、構成することが比較的簡単であると同時に、動作中に高感度及び高精度を有する多機能の生地に統合された変形検出デバイスを製造することである。
上記横糸の少なくとも一部、又は上記横糸の少なくとも一部及び上記縦糸の少なくとも一部は導電性であり、
上記横糸は、上記横糸から実質的に半径方向に突出する非導電性繊維で構成されるフロッキングを有し、
導電性の糸は、電圧を印加するための導電性の端部に接続され、それにより、異なる極性の導電性の端部に接続される糸は、静電容量センサのそれぞれのプレートを画定する一方、上記横糸のフロッキングの繊維は、上記静電容量センサのプレート間に置かれる誘電体材料を画定し、
上記変形検出デバイスは、上記導電性の端部に接続され、上記静電容量センサの静電容量の変化の検出に基づいて上記生地の変形を検出するように構成される電子制御及び処理ユニットを備える。
Claims (9)
- 変形検出デバイスであって、織り合わされた横糸及び縦糸を有する多機能の生地を備え、
前記横糸の少なくとも一部、又は前記横糸の少なくとも一部及び前記縦糸の少なくとも一部の両方が導電性であり、
前記横糸は、前記横糸から実質的に半径方向に突出する非導電性の繊維で構成されるフロッキングを有し、
前記導電性の糸は、電圧を印加するための導電性の端部に接続され、それにより、異なる極性の導電性の端部に接続される糸は、静電容量センサのそれぞれのプレートを画定する一方、前記横糸の前記フロッキングの非導電性の前記繊維は、前記静電容量センサのプレート間に置かれる誘電体材料を画定し、
前記変形検出デバイスは、前記導電性の端部に接続され、前記静電容量センサの静電容量の変化の検出に基づいて前記生地の変形を検出するように構成される電子制御及び処理ユニットを備える、
変形検出デバイス。 - 横糸だけが導電性であり、
前記導電性の横糸は、電圧を印加するための導電性の端部に接続され、それにより、異なる極性を有する導電性の端部に接続される横糸が、前記静電容量センサのプレートを画定する一方、前記横糸の前記フロッキングの前記繊維は、前記静電容量センサのプレート間に置かれる誘電体材料を画定する、
請求項1に記載の変形検出デバイス。 - 前記横糸の少なくとも一部と前記縦糸の少なくとも一部とが導電性であり、
前記導電性の横糸と前記導電性の縦糸とは、それぞれ、前記静電容量センサの前記プレートを画定すべく、異なる極性を有する導電性の端部に接続される一方、前記横糸の前記フロッキングの前記繊維は、前記静電容量センサのプレート間に置かれる誘電体材料を画定する、
請求項1に記載の変形検出デバイス。 - 前記横糸は、金属繊維、グラフェン繊維及びカーボンナノチューブから選択される、導電性繊維が補充される非導電性ポリマー材料の糸またはより糸であり、前記横糸の前記フロッキングは、ポリアミド又はPET等の非導電性ポリマー材料の繊維で作られる、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の変形検出デバイス。 - 前記縦糸は、非導電性ポリマー材料で作られ、フロッキングがない、
請求項2に記載の変形検出デバイス。 - 前記縦糸は、金属、グラフェン又はカーボンナノチューブの繊維から選択される、導電性繊維が補充される非導電性ポリマー材料で作られ、前記縦糸は、フロッキングがない、
請求項3に記載の変形検出デバイス。 - 前記電子制御及び処理ユニットは、前記検出された変形値の所定の閾値を超えた変形信号だけを生成する、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の変形検出デバイス。 - クッションと、背もたれと、乗員の存在の信号を送るべく前記クッションと関連付けられたセンサとを備える自動車のシートであって、前記センサは、シート裏打ち生地に統合される、請求項1に記載の変形検出デバイスで形成される、自動車のシート。
- 例えば、自動車のデバイス又は車載サービスをアクティブにするためのプッシュボタンの圧力センサを保持するダッシュボード又はアームレスト等の自動車の乗客コンパートメント要素であって、前記圧力センサは、前記自動車の乗客コンパートメント要素の裏打ち生地に統合される請求項1に記載の変形検出デバイスで形成される、自動車の乗客コンパートメント要素。
