Description
図1において、本実施形態に係るタイヤ10は、環状のタイヤ骨格部材の一例たるタイヤケース17と、ベルト層12と、を有している。
図5に示されるように、本実施形態では、樹脂被覆コード28の外側面28Bにおけるタイヤ軸方向の一方側の端部28B1は、内側面28Aにおける該一方側の端部28A1よりも該一方側(左側)に位置している。また、外側面28Bのタイヤ軸方向の他方側の端部28B2も、内側面28Aの他方側の端部28A2よりもタイヤ軸方向の一方側(左側)に位置している。
次に、本実施形態のタイヤ10の製造方法について説明する。まず、熱可塑性材料を用いた射出成型により、ビードコア20を含むタイヤ半体17Hを一組形成する。このタイヤ半体17Hの外面に被覆層22を形成する。
以上、本発明の実施形態の一例について説明したが、本発明の実施形態は、上記に限定されるものでなく、上記以外にも、その主旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変形して実施可能であることは勿論である。
Claims (5)
- 環状のタイヤ骨格部材と、
前記タイヤ骨格部材の外周に設けられ、補強コードを被覆樹脂で被覆して構成された樹脂被覆コードが前記タイヤ骨格部材の外周にタイヤ周方向に螺旋状に巻かれて前記タイヤ骨格部材に接合されると共に、前記樹脂被覆コードにおけるタイヤ軸方向に互いに隣接する部分同士が接合されたベルト層と、を備え、
前記樹脂被覆コードのタイヤ径方向の内側面と外側面について、前記外側面のタイヤ軸方向の一方側の端部が、前記内側面の前記一方側の端部よりも前記一方側に位置しており、前記外側面のタイヤ軸方向の他方側の端部が、前記内側面の前記他方側の端部よりも前記一方側に位置しているタイヤ。 - タイヤ軸方向断面において、前記樹脂被覆コードのタイヤ軸方向両側の側面は、前記樹脂被覆コードの中心に対して点対称に配置されている請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記樹脂被覆コードは、前記被覆樹脂の中に複数本の前記補強コードを含んでいる請求項1又は請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記被覆樹脂は、熱可塑性エラストマーで構成されている請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤ骨格部材は、熱可塑性エラストマーを用いて構成されている請求項1~請求項4の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
