Claims (6)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む第1バッテリーセル組立体と、
前記第1バッテリーセル組立体と所定の距離で離隔し、少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む第2バッテリーセル組立体と、
前記第1バッテリーセル組立体及び前記第2バッテリーセル組立体を統合的に支持する下部プレートと、
前記下部プレートの上側に配置され、前記第1バッテリーセル組立体及び前記第2バッテリーセル組立体を統合的に覆う上部プレートと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールが載置されるパックトレイと、を含み、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールは、
前記第1バッテリーセル組立体と前記第2バッテリーセル組立体との間に配置され、前記第1バッテリーセル組立体と前記第2バッテリーセル組立体とを締結する連結ブリッジを含み、
前記バッテリーモジュールは、複数個が備えられ、
前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールの向い合う二つの連結ブリッジ同士と、前記パックトレイと前記連結ブリッジとを固定する連結ブリッジ固定ユニットを含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - バッテリーモジュールであって、
少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む第1バッテリーセル組立体と、
前記第1バッテリーセル組立体と所定の距離で離隔し、少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む第2バッテリーセル組立体と、
前記第1バッテリーセル組立体及び前記第2バッテリーセル組立体を統合的に支持する下部プレートと、
前記下部プレートの上側に配置され、前記第1バッテリーセル組立体及び前記第2バッテリーセル組立体を統合的に覆う上部プレートと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールが載置されるパックトレイと、を含み、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールは、
前記第1バッテリーセル組立体の外側端部及び前記第2バッテリーセル組立体の外側端部に各々連結されるエッジブリッジを含み、
前記バッテリーモジュールは、複数個が備えられ、
前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールのエッジブリッジと前記パックトレイとを連結するエッジブリッジ固定ユニットを含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールは、前記パックトレイの左右方向に沿って載置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記連結ブリッジ固定ユニットは、
前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールの向い合う二つの連結ブリッジ同士を固定する第1連結ブリッジ固定ユニットと、
前記パックトレイの一端部に配置されるバッテリーモジュールの連結ブリッジと前記パックトレイ、及び前記パックトレイの他端部に配置されるバッテリーモジュールの連結ブリッジと前記パックトレイ、を各々連結する第2連結ブリッジ固定ユニットと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記エッジブリッジ固定ユニットは、
前記第1バッテリーセル組立体の外側端部に連結されるエッジブリッジと前記パックトレイとを連結する第1エッジブリッジ固定ユニットと、
前記第2バッテリーセル組立体の外側端部に連結されるエッジブリッジと前記パックトレイとを連結する第2エッジブリッジ固定ユニットと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
