また、上記の課題を解決するために、本開示に係る他の制御装置は、内燃機関の燃焼室に燃料を供給するための燃料噴射弁に電力を供給して開弁駆動する駆動部(110)と、燃料噴射弁における燃料噴射量を補正する補正部(130)と、を備え、内燃機関の排気配管には、排気配管を流れる排気ガス中のNOxを吸蔵し、吸蔵されているNOxを還元浄化するNOx吸蔵触媒(32)が設けられており、補正部は、NOx吸蔵触媒を還元浄化するためのNOxパージを実行する際に、燃料噴射弁における燃料噴射量を学習するとともに、燃料噴射弁における燃料噴射量の学習が未完の場合に、当該学習の完了後に比べて燃料噴射量を燃料リッチ側に補正する。

Claims (10)
- 制御装置であって、
内燃機関の燃焼室に燃料を供給するための燃料噴射弁に電力を供給して開弁駆動する駆動部(110)と、
前記燃料噴射弁における燃料噴射量を補正する補正部(130)と、を備え、
前記内燃機関の排気配管には、前記排気配管を流れる排気ガス中のNOxを吸蔵し、吸蔵されているNOxを還元浄化するNOx吸蔵触媒(32)が設けられており、
前記補正部は、
前記NOx吸蔵触媒を還元浄化するためのNOxパージを実行する際に、前記燃料噴射弁における燃料噴射量を学習するとともに、
前記燃料噴射弁に供給される燃料の燃圧が所定圧力未満の場合に燃料噴射量の学習を実行しない、制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の制御装置であって、
更に、前記開弁駆動に際して前記燃料噴射弁に流れる駆動電流及び/又は前記燃料噴射弁に印加される駆動電圧を計測する計測部(120)を備え、
前記補正部は、前記計測部の計測結果に基づいて前記駆動部による電力供給を補正することで、前記燃料噴射弁における燃料噴射量を補正する、制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の制御装置であって、
前記補正部は、前記駆動電流及び/又は前記駆動電圧に基づいて、前記燃料噴射弁の開弁時期及び/又は閉弁時期を学習することにより、前記燃料噴射弁がパーシャルリフト噴射を行う際の燃料噴射量を学習する、制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の制御装置であって、
前記駆動部は、前記内燃機関の1サイクルにおける燃料噴射を分割し、少なくとも1回の燃料噴射がパーシャルリフト噴射を行うようにする、制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の制御装置であって、
前記駆動部は、パーシャルリフト噴射が吸気行程の後半又は圧縮行程の後半に行われるように設定する、制御装置。 - 請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置であって、
前記駆動部は、学習のためのパーシャルリフト噴射における噴射期間又は噴射量を固定する、制御装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置であって、
更に、前記燃料噴射弁に燃料を供給する燃圧を制御する燃圧制御部(140)を備え、
前記補正部が燃料噴射量を学習する際に、前記燃圧制御部は燃圧を固定する、制御装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置であって、
前記補正部は、前記燃料噴射弁における燃料噴射量の学習が未完の場合に、当該学習の完了後に比べて燃料噴射量を燃料リッチ側に補正する、制御装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置であって、
更に、前記内燃機関が定常運転状態か過渡運転状態かを判断する状態判断部(150)を備え、
前記補正部は、前記状態判断部が前記過渡運転状態であると判断した場合に、燃料噴射量の学習を実行しない、制御装置。 - 制御装置であって、
内燃機関の燃焼室に燃料を供給するための燃料噴射弁に電力を供給して開弁駆動する駆動部(110)と、
前記燃料噴射弁における燃料噴射量を補正する補正部(130)と、を備え、
前記内燃機関の排気配管には、前記排気配管を流れる排気ガス中のNOxを吸蔵し、吸蔵されているNOxを還元浄化するNOx吸蔵触媒(32)が設けられており、
前記補正部は、
前記NOx吸蔵触媒を還元浄化するためのNOxパージを実行する際に、前記燃料噴射弁における燃料噴射量を学習するとともに、
前記燃料噴射弁における燃料噴射量の学習が未完の場合に、当該学習の完了後に比べて燃料噴射量を燃料リッチ側に補正する、制御装置。
