Description
本発明は電気自動車などに用いられるバッテリーパックに係り、特にトレイに多数のバッテリーモジュールが搭載されるバッテリーパック及びその製造方法に関する。

Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーモジュールが搭載されるトレイと、
前記トレイの底面に取り付けられる複数のトレイ端子と、
前記複数のトレイ端子を互いに連結するか外部回路と連結する連結配線と、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールにそれぞれ備えられ、前記トレイ端子と接続されるバッテリー端子と、
を含み、
前記トレイ端子と前記連結配線は板状構造を有する回路板に構成され、前記回路板は前記トレイの底面に結合されるように構成される底接続型トレイを有するバッテリーパック。 - 前記トレイ端子は前記トレイの底面に突設される、請求項1に記載の底接続型トレイを有するバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数のトレイ端子は前記トレイの底面において前記各バッテリーモジュールが置かれる位置にそれぞれ構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の底接続型トレイを有するバッテリーパック。
- 前記トレイ端子と前記バッテリー端子は雄雌型結合方式で互いに結合できるように構成される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の底接続型トレイを有するバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリー端子は前記バッテリーモジュールの底面に構成される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の底接続型トレイを有するバッテリーパック。
- トレイの底面に複数のトレイ端子を構成し、前記複数のトレイ端子を互いに連結するか外部回路と連結するように連結配線を取り付ける第1段階と、
前記第1段階の後、前記トレイの底面に前記複数のバッテリーモジュールを取り付け、各バッテリーモジュールに構成されたバッテリー端子を前記各トレイ端子に連結し、前記トレイに前記複数のバッテリーモジュールを搭載する第2段階と、
を含み、
前記第1段階で、前記トレイ端子及び前記連結配線は回路板にともに構成されて前記トレイの上部に取り付けられるバッテリーパックの製造方法。 - 前記第1段階で、トレイ端子はトレイ底面から突出する構造に配置される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパックの製造方法。
- 前記第1段階で、前記連結配線は、前記トレイを射出成形するときにインサート射出方式で取り付けられる、請求項6または7に記載のバッテリーパックの製造方法。
- 前記第2段階で、前記各バッテリーモジュールを取り付けるとき、前記トレイ端子がバッテリー端子に挿入される方式で結合される、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックの製造方法。
- 前記第2段階は、ロボットを用いて前記トレイに前記バッテリーモジュールを装着させながら前記バッテリー端子とトレイ端子を結合させて自動で組み立てる、請求項6~9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックの製造方法。
