また、本開示の光照射装置は、発光素子と、該発光素子が内部に配され、光照射面に前記発光素子の光が通過可能な照射口を有した筐体と、該筐体の前記光照射面の前記照射口の近傍に端部が位置するように配置された、気体を供給する流路と、該流路の前記端部に設けられた、前記照射口の幅方向に渡って対応して配置された複数の第1開口および前記照射口の幅方向の両端に対応して配置された第2開口を有する、前記気体の放出口とを備えており、前記流路は、互いに接続した複数の板状部材で構成され、複数の前記板状部材のうち、前記照射口の縁に沿って配置された第1板状部材を有しており、前記第1板状部材は、前記光照射面側から光の照射方向に沿って、前記照射口から遠ざかるように傾いている。

Claims (9)
- 発光素子と、
該発光素子が内部に配され、光照射面に前記発光素子の光が通過可能な照射口を有した筐体と、
該筐体の前記光照射面の前記照射口の近傍に端部が位置するように配置された、気体を供給する流路と、
該流路の前記端部に設けられた、前記照射口の幅方向に渡って対応して配置された複数の第1開口および前記照射口の幅方向の両端に対応して配置された第2開口を有する、前記気体の放出口と、
該放出口の前記流路側に配置された多孔質部材と
を備えている、光照射装置。 - 前記流路は、前記放出口から上流側において複数の分岐流路に分岐している、請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記流路は、前記放出口の上流側に所定の間隔を空けて配置された第2多孔質部材を有する、請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記筐体は、前記光照射面に接続する側面を有し、前記流路は、前記筐体の前記側面から前記光照射面にかけて配置されている、請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
- 発光素子と、
該発光素子が内部に配され、光照射面に前記発光素子の光が通過可能な照射口を有した筐体と、
該筐体の前記光照射面の前記照射口の近傍に端部が位置するように配置された、気体を供給する流路と、
該流路の前記端部に設けられた、前記照射口の幅方向に渡って対応して配置された複数の第1開口および前記照射口の幅方向の両端に対応して配置された第2開口を有する、前記気体の放出口とを備えており、
前記流路は、互いに接続した複数の板状部材で構成され、複数の前記板状部材のうち、前記照射口の縁に沿って配置された第1板状部材を有しており、
前記第1板状部材は、前記光照射面側から光の照射方向に沿って、前記照射口から遠ざかるように傾いている、光照射装置。 - 前記第1板状部材の前記照射口側の面は、前記発光素子の光を反射する状態である、請求項5に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記筐体は、前記光照射面に接続する側面を有し、前記流路は、前記筐体の前記側面から前記光照射面にかけて配置されている、請求項5に記載の光照射装置。
- 請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の光照射装置と、
該光照射装置の前記放出口からの前記気体が供給されるとともに前記照射口からの光が照射される光硬化型材料を搬送する搬送部と
を備えている、光硬化装置。 - 請求項8に記載の光硬化装置と、
前記光硬化型材料として被印刷媒体に光硬化型インクを印刷する印刷部と
を備えている、印刷装置。
