Description
そして、鉄道車両用ダンパ1は、開閉弁OVの開閉で減衰力を大小切換えるので、伸側と圧側の減衰力の一方をハードとしつつ他方をソフトに設定するような複雑な構造の方向切換弁を必要としないので、従来の鉄道車両用ダンパと比較して、小型化できるとともに製造コストも低減できる。以上より、本発明の鉄道車両用ダンパ1によれば、コストを低減可能であって、かつ、車両における乗心地を向上できる。
Claims (5)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に移動自在に挿入されるロッドと、
前記ロッドに取り付けられて前記シリンダ内に移動自在に挿入されるとともに前記シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室とに区画するピストンと、
タンクと、
前記圧側室から前記伸側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する整流通路と、
前記タンクから前記圧側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する吸込通路と、
前記伸側室から前記タンクへ向かう液体の流れのみを許容するとともに液体の流れに対して抵抗を与える減衰通路と、
前記減衰通路を迂回して前記伸側室と前記タンクとを連通するバイパス路と、
鉄道車両における台車に加速度が入力されると慣性によってバイパス路を開閉する開閉弁とを備えた
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両用ダンパ。 - 前記開閉弁は、
前記シリンダに取り付けられる中空なハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に軸方向に移動自在に挿入されるスプールと、
前記スプールを中立位置に位置決めするばねとを有し、
前記シリンダが前記鉄道車両における前記台車に連結されるとともに、前記ロッドが前記鉄道車両における車体に連結される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用ダンパ。 - 前記開閉弁は、前記スプールが前記中立位置にあると前記バイパス路を遮断し、前記スプールが前記中立位置から所定距離変位すると前記バイパス路を連通させる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鉄道車両用ダンパ。 - 前記スプールと前記ばねとでなる系の共振周波数は、前記車体の共振周波数より高く、前記台車の共振周波数以下に設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の鉄道車両用ダンパ。 - 前記減衰通路は、液体の流れに抵抗を与えるハード減衰弁を有し、
前記バイパス路は、前記ハード減衰弁よりも液体の流れに与える抵抗が小さいソフト減衰弁を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鉄道車両用ダンパ。
