Claims (6)
- シリカ基材にβ-シクロデキストリンが123μmol/g以上化学結合されてなる充填剤が充填された分離カラムと、
移動相を前記分離カラムへ送液するための移動相送液部と、
前記移動相送液部から前記分離カラムに向かって流れる移動相中にm-メチル馬尿酸及びマンデル酸を含む試料を注入する試料注入部と、
前記分離カラムの下流に接続され、前記分離カラムからの溶出液中の成分を検出するための検出器と、を備え、前記試料中のm-メチル馬尿酸とマンデル酸とを互いに分離して分析するための液体クロマトグラフ。 - 前記シリカ基材に化学結合されているβ-シクロデキストリンは272μmol/g以下である、請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフ。
- 前記移動相はリン酸水又はギ酸水とアセトニトリルからなるものである、請求項1又は2に記載の液体クロマトグラフ。
- 前記検出器は質量分析計を含む、請求項3に記載の液体クロマトグラフ。
- 請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフを用い、少なくともm-メチル馬尿酸とマンデル酸を含む試料のクロマトグラフィー分析を行なって前記試料中のm-メチル馬尿酸とマンデル酸とを互いに分離して分析する分析方法。
- 前記クロマトグラフィー分析において使用する移動相はリン酸水又はギ酸水とアセトニトリルからなるものである、請求項5に記載の分析方法。
