図1を参照して本実施形態に係る車両のブレーキシステム1の構成例について説明する。
図2を参照して本実施形態に係るブレーキ制御装置100の構成例について説明する。
以下本実施形態に係るブレーキ制御装置100の動作例を具体的に説明する。
図3は本実施形態に係るブレーキ制御装置100によるポンプ44の駆動制御処理のフローチャートである。
図4~図8を参照して吐出量設定部105によるポンプ44の吐出量Vactの設定処理の基本例を詳細に説明する。
Vact :ホイールシリンダ側への作動油の供給量
Vtotal:圧力室の容積の減少量
Vmc :圧力室に残される作動油の体積
Vtotal:圧力室13aの容積の減少量
S :ピストンロッドのストローク量
D :ピストンの断面積の直径

(応用例1)
図9はピストンロッド11のストローク量Sに基づいてポンプ44の吐出量Vactを設定する処理の応用例1を示す説明図である。応用例1では、吐出量設定部105は上記の基本例にしたがって算出された吐出量(基本吐出量)Vactに対して容量調整分Vadjを加算して吐出量Vact_refを設定する。
本実施形態に係るブレーキ制御装置100ではマスタシリンダ14の圧力室13aに貯留させる作動油量Vmcを制御することにより適切にマスタシリンダ圧Pmcが生成される。ここで例えばホイールシリンダ圧Pwcが比較的高い領域においては作動油量の変化に対してホイールシリンダ圧Pwcが敏感に反応するため、ピストンロッド11のストローク量Sに基づいてホイールシリンダ圧Pwcを制御することが容易でない場合がある。
Claims (5)
- 液圧ユニット(20)の動作を制御するブレーキ制御装置(100)において、
前記ブレーキ制御装置(100)は、
吐出量設定部(105)及びポンプ制御部(107)を備え、
前記吐出量設定部(105)は、
マスタシリンダ(14)のピストンロッド(11)のストローク量(S)に応じて、前記ストローク量(S)が大きくなるほど運転者に伝達するブレーキペダル(10)の踏力(F)が大きくなるように前記マスタシリンダ(14)内に貯留させる作動油量(Vmc)を決定し、
前記ストローク量(S)に応じた前記マスタシリンダ(14)の圧力室(13)の容積の減少量(Vtotal)から、前記減少量(Vtotal)分の作動油のうち前記マスタシリンダ(14)内に貯留させる作動油量(Vmc)を引くことにより、前記液圧ユニット(20)内のポンプ(44)の吐出量(Vact)を設定し、
前記ポンプ制御部(107)は、
前記吐出量(Vact)に基づいて、前記ポンプ(44)の駆動を制御する
ことを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置(100)。 - 前記吐出量設定部(105)は、
前記マスタシリンダ(14)の圧力室(13)内の圧力(Pmc)が前記ストローク量(S)に応じた目標圧力(Pmc_tgt)となるようにホイールシリンダ(38)側に供給する作動油量(Vwc)を求め、前記作動油量(Vwc)又は前記吐出量(Vact)のうちのいずれか大きい方の値に基づいて前記ポンプ(44)の吐出量(Vact_ref)を設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置(100)。 - 液圧ユニット(20)の動作を制御するブレーキ制御方法において、
ブレーキ制御装置(100)が、
マスタシリンダ(14)のピストンロッド(11)のストローク量(S)に応じて、前記ストローク量(S)が大きくなるほど運転者に伝達するブレーキペダル(10)の踏力(F)が大きくなるように前記マスタシリンダ(14)内に貯留させる作動油量(Vmc)を決定する第1のステップ(S15)と、
前記ストローク量(S)に応じた前記マスタシリンダ(14)の圧力室(13)の容積の減少量(Vtotal)から、前記減少量(Vtotal)分の作動油のうち前記マスタシリンダ(14)内に貯留させる作動油量(Vmc)を引くことにより、液圧ユニット(20)のポンプ(44)の吐出量(Vact)を設定する第2のステップ(S17)と、
前記吐出量(Vact)に基づいて、前記ポンプ(44)の駆動を制御する第3のステップ(S19)と
を備えることを特徴とするブレーキ制御方法。 - 車両のブレーキシステム(1)において、
作動油を保持するリザーバタンク(16)と、
前記リザーバタンク(16)内の作動油が供給されるマスタシリンダ(14)と、
運転者によるブレーキペダル(10)の踏み込み量に応じて前記マスタシリンダ(14)内を進退動するピストンロッド(11)と、
前記ピストンロッド(11)のストローク量(S)を検出するストロークセンサ(8)と、
少なくとも1つのポンプ(44)を有し、前記マスタシリンダ(14)から作動油が供給されてホイールシリンダ(38)に油圧を供給する液圧ユニット(20)と、
前記ストローク量(S)に応じて、前記ストローク量(S)が大きくなるほど運転者に伝達するブレーキペダル(10)の踏力(F)が大きくなるように前記マスタシリンダ(14)内に貯留させる作動油量(Vmc)を決定し、前記ストローク量(S)に応じた前記マスタシリンダ(14)の圧力室(13)の容積の減少量(Vtotal)から、前記減少量(Vtotal)分の作動油のうち前記マスタシリンダ(14)内に貯留させる作動油量(Vmc)を引くことにより前記ポンプ(44)の吐出量(Vact)を設定する吐出量設定部(105)と、
設定された前記吐出量(Vact)に基づいて前記ポンプ(44)の駆動を制御するポンプ制御部(107)とを備える
ことを特徴とするブレーキシステム(1)。 - 前記ブレーキシステム(1)は、
前記マスタシリンダ(14)の圧力室(13)内の圧力を検出する圧力センサ(24)をさらに備え、
前記吐出量設定部(105)は、前記圧力室(13)内の圧力(Pmc)が前記ホイールシリンダ(38)内の目標圧力(Pwc_tgt)に応じた目標圧力(Pmc_tgt)となるように前記ポンプ(44)の前記吐出量(Vact)を補正する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のブレーキシステム(1)。
