Description
実施の形態1について、まず図1Aと図2Aを用いて説明する。図1Aは,本開示の実施の形態1における溶接前後の状態を説明するための断面図である。図2Aは、本開示の実施の形態1におけるレーザ溶接時の接合状況を説明するための斜視図である。図1Aは、第1の材料1と、第2の材料2と、第3の材料3との接合構造を示している。また、図1Aは、図2Aの1A-1A線断面図である。
次に、本実施の形態2について、図1Dと図2Aを用いて説明する。実施の形態1と重複する部分は省略する。図1Dで第3の材料3には貫通穴12となる加工が施されており、第1の材料1および第2の材料2は第3の材料3の貫通穴12に挿入するエンボス形状等の突起部14の加工は施されていない。そのため、第3の材料3の板厚が第1の材料1と第2の材料2の間の板厚方向のギャップ相当となる。つまり、本実施の形態では、第3の材料3の板厚が第2のギャップ5となる。
次に、本実施の形態3について、図1B、図2D,図2Eを用いて説明する。

Claims (3)
- 互いに溶接可能な同種系の金属材からなり、少なくとも一方に突起部が設けられた第1の材料と第2の材料との間に、
前記突起部が挿入される貫通部を有し、前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料に対して溶接が困難な第3の材料を、
前記貫通部の内周面と前記突起部との間に第1のギャップを設け、前記突起部に対応する領域において、前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料との間にレーザ光が照射される側にある前記第1の材料の板厚に応じた第2のギャップを設けるようにして、挟む工程と、
前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料との間に前記第3の材料を挟み且つ溶接前の前記第2のギャップが存在する状態で、前記第1の材料側から前記突起部に対応する領域をレーザ光で照射し、
前記貫通部を介して前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料とが互いに溶融結合して前記第3の材料が圧縮固定されることにより、前記第3の材料と前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料とを固定する工程と、を含み、
前記第3の材料は樹脂材料であり、前記突起部に対応する領域がレーザ光で照射され、前記第3の材料の前記貫通部の端部が溶接入熱を間接的に受けて溶融、軟化し、所定の前記第1のギャップに流れ込み、さらに前記第1の材料および/または前記第2の材料と前記第3の材料との板厚方向に交差する方向の密着固定がされるレーザ溶接方法。 - 前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料との間の隙間である前記第2のギャップは、前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料との間にスペーサを配置する、または、溶接材料を用いて形成する、
ことで設定される請求項1に記載のレーザ溶接方法。 - 前記レーザ溶接方法は、ウィービング、らせん状の溶接、円状溶接あるいは渦巻き状の溶接である請求項1に記載のレーザ溶接方法。
