Claims (9)
- 転動のための転動体が設けられる、少なくとも1つの第1、第2、および第3ロールオン要素と、
転がり軸受のように前記第1および第2ロールオン要素が互いに対して回転可能となるように前記第1および第2ロールオン要素の間に配置された少なくとも1つの第1セット転動体と、
転がり軸受のように前記第2および第3ロールオン要素が互いに対して回転可能となるように前記第2および第3ロールオン要素の間に配置された少なくとも1つの第2セット転動体と、
を備える転がり軸受トランスミッションであって、
各前記ロールオン要素は、トランスミッション要素を形成するか、または少なくとも1つのトランスミッション要素を支持するように設計され、
トランスミッションのように相互作用するように前記トランスミッション要素が配置、および構成され、
前記第1ロールオン要素および前記第3ロールオン要素は、互いに軸方向に並んで配置され、
前記第2のロールオン要素は、少なくとも2つの軌道を有し、前記少なくとも2つの軌道は、前記第2のロールオン要素において、同じ半径方向側に配置されている
という特徴を含む転がり軸受トランスミッション。 - 前記第1および/または第2セット転動体が単列、複列、または多列セットの転動体として構成されているか、および/または前記転動体がボール、またはローラー、特にテーパー付きローラー、または円筒ローラーとして構成されている、請求項1に記載の転がり軸受トランスミッション。
- 前記第1および/または第2セット転動体および関連するロールオン要素は、複列アンギュラ玉軸受として構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の転がり軸受トランスミッション。
- 前記転動体は、グリース潤滑され、前記転動体を含む空間を密封するためのシール要素が設けられ、および/または少なくとも1つのセットまたは列の前記転動体がケージ内に配置されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の転がり軸受トランスミッション。
- 前記ロールオン要素の1つを介して駆動が提供され、他の前記ロールオン要素を介して出力が提供され、および残りの前記ロールオン要素が他のロールオン要素に対する固定参照基準として設けられている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の転がり軸受トランスミッション。
- 前記トランスミッション要素は、外歯または内歯の単一、二重、または複数ギヤとして構成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の転がり軸受トランスミッション。
- 前記第2ロールオン要素は、少なくとも1つのギヤ、特に二重ギヤを支持する複数部品設計で構成され、および前記第1および前記第3ロールオン要素は、それぞれギヤを形成するように設計されている、請求項6に記載の転がり軸受トランスミッション。
- 前記第2ロールオン要素は、前記少なくとも1つのギヤと相互作用するさらなるギヤを支持するよう設計されている、請求項7に記載の転がり軸受トランスミッション。
- 前記第2ロールオン要素および任意にさらなるギヤに支持される前記ギヤの複数のグループが、前記ロールオン要素の円周方向に分配されて設けられている、請求項7または8に記載の転がり軸受トランスミッション。
