On the bottom surface of the

In FIG. 1C, the broken line Y indicates the position of the outer surface of the
A plurality of
The

The
An example of how the resin material enters the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
In the
The
FIG. 3A is a schematic top view of the
The first
The planar shape of the element mounting portion is, for example, at least one width of the planar shape of the mounting surface of the light emitting element and at least one width of the planar shape of the element mounting portion so that self-alignment works effectively for each light emitting element. Is preferably substantially the same. As a result, when the light emitting element is mounted on the element mounting portion via the bonding member, self-alignment effectively acts on the light emitting element, and the mounting accuracy of the light emitting element can be improved. Note that substantially the same here means that differences in the degree of straight lines / curves, rounded corners, etc. are allowed, and the dimension of at least one width of the planar shape of the element mounting portion is the mounting of the light emitting element. It means that a variation of about ± 10% in the dimension of at least one width of the planar shape of the surface is allowed.

Hereinafter, each member used in the
(Resin package)
The
Further, in the

As the resin material serving as a base material, the
The
Further, the
(1st lead, 2nd lead)
The
When a metal layer containing silver is formed on the outermost surfaces of the

(Light emitting element)
The light emitting element functions as a light source of the
In the light emitting device of the present embodiment, one light emitting element may be arranged in one element mounting area, or one light emitting element may be arranged in a plurality of element mounting areas. The

(Sealing member)
The
2O3:zMn、Ca3Sc2Si3O12:Ce、CaSc2O4:Ce、(La,Y)3Si6N11:Ce、(Ca,Sr,Ba)3Si6O9N4:Eu、(Ca,Sr,Ba)3Si6O12N2:Eu、(Ba,Sr,Ca)Si2O2N2:Eu、(Ca,Sr,Ba)2Si5N8:Eu、(Ca,Sr,Ba)S:Eu、(Ba,Sr,Ca)Ga2S4:Eu、K2(Si,Ti,Ge)F6:Mn、Si6-zAlzOzN8-z:Eu(0<z<4.2)、の蛍光体を用いることができる。

In particular, there are two types of phosphors, Si 6-z Al z O z N 8-z : Eu (0 <z <4.2) and K 2 (Si, Ti, Ge) F 6 : Mn. It is preferable to use a combination of. By combining these two types of phosphors and a blue light emitting element, a light emitting device having good color reproducibility can be obtained. In addition to the two types of phosphors, Si 6-z Al z O z N 8-z : Eu (0 <z <4.2) and K 2 (Si, Ti, Ge) F 6 : Mn, It is more preferable to combine (Sr, Ca) AlSiN 3 : Eu phosphor. By combining the phosphor of (Sr, Ca) AlSiN 3 : Eu as the phosphor, for example, the afterglow of the light emitting device can be reduced.
The content of the light-scattering particles and / or the phosphor is preferably, for example, about 10 to 150% by weight with respect to the total weight of the sealing
