遠位ハウジング及びトルクシャフトを備えるアンカー駆動装置であって、前記アンカーの前記クロスピンは、前記トルクシャフトの遠位端にある切欠内に嵌合するように構成され、前記アンカーは、送達中に前記遠位ハウジング内に配置され、前記アンカーは、前記トルクシャフトによって前記遠位ハウジングに対して回転されて、前記アンカーを組織内に固定する、アンカー駆動装置と、
前記アンカーが組織内に押し込まれている間、前記アンカー及び前記アンカー駆動装置に結合される縫合糸であって、前記縫合糸は、前記アンカーが組織内に押し込まれている間、前記トルクシャフトに対して前記アンカーを保持する、縫合糸と、
