Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9. FIG. 1 shows a state in which two frame carts 10 and 10 are arranged side by side. Each frame carriage 10 is formed by connecting a pair of long and short angle members 11 made of aluminum with a corner base 13 made of resin. The corner base 13 has a structure in which the side wall 16 stands up from the upper surface of the pedestal portion 15. The pedestal portion 15 has a shape in which both corner portions having an acute angle of an isosceles right triangle having a plane shape are cut, and casters 14 are attached to the lower surface thereof. The side wall 16 stands up from the outer edge portion of two sides sandwiching the right-angled corner portion of the pedestal portion 15. Further, both ends of the side wall 16 have a double wall structure, and a rectangular recessed portion 15A is formed in the vicinity of both ends of the side wall 16 on the upper surface of the pedestal portion 15. The horizontal side portion of each angle member 11 having an L-shaped cross section is housed in the depressed portion 15A, and the vertical side portion is fixed in a state of being inserted into the gap of the double wall portion of the side wall 16. As a result, the luggage loading surface 17 is formed from the upper surface of the lateral side portion of the angle member 11 and the upper surface of the pedestal portion 15, and the frame-shaped fitting side wall 18 is formed from the vertical side portion of the angle member 11 and the side wall 16. Is formed.

The carriage joint 20 for connecting the frame carriages 10 and 10 described above is shown in FIGS. 2 (A) and 2 (B). The bogie joint 20 is a resin injection-molded product, has a T-shaped groove structure with an open lower surface, and has a handle portion 23 on the upper surface. Specifically, the bogie joint 20 has a T-shaped top plate 33, a first strip portion 31 corresponding to the vertical side of the T-shape of the T-shaped top plate 33, and a pair hanging from both side edges thereof. The first groove portion 21 is configured from the first side wall 34, 34 of the above. Further, a second strip portion 32 corresponding to the side surface of the T-shape of the T-shaped top plate 33, a pair of second side walls 35 and 35 hanging from one side edge portion thereof, and the other side edge portion. The second groove portion 22 is configured from the third side wall 36 suspended from the third side wall 36. Further, the pair of first side walls 34, 34 and the pair of second side walls 35, 35 are connected in an orthogonal state to form a pair of symmetrical L-shaped side walls 37, 37.

Further, the lower surfaces of the first side wall 34 and the second side wall 35 are flush with each other, and the lower surface of the third side wall 36 is located slightly below the lower surfaces thereof. Further, the lower tip lower corner portion of the first groove portion 21 (that is, the tip corner portion of the first side wall 34, 34) is chamfered to form a semicircular chamfered portion 34A, 34A. The radius of curvature of the first side wall 34 is approximately half the height of the first side wall 34. The tip corner portion of the second side wall 35 is chamfered with a radius of curvature smaller than that of the chamfered portion 34A, and the tip corner portion of the third side wall 36 is chamfered with a radius of curvature smaller than that.

On the inner surface of the L-shaped side wall 37, vertically long gathering ribs 38 are formed at a plurality of positions in the lateral direction. The lower side of the pulling rib 38 below the intermediate position in the vertical direction is the sliding contact portion 38G, and the amount of protrusion from the L-shaped side wall 37 gradually decreases toward the lower side. On the other hand, the contact portion 38A above the sliding contact portion 38G of the close-up ribs 38 has a substantially uniform amount of protrusion from the L-shaped side wall 37.

As shown in FIG. 3, the distance between the second side wall 35, which is the substantially groove width of the second groove portion 22, and the contact portion 38A of the gathering rib 38 is the portion near the corner of the fitting side wall 18 of the frame carriage 10. That is, it is the same as or slightly larger than the thickness of the side wall 16). That is, the second groove portion 22 has a groove width that can be just accepted by one fitting side wall 18. On the other hand, the distance between the inner surfaces of the first side walls 34, 34, which is the groove width of the first groove portion 21, is the same as or slightly smaller than the thickness of two pieces of the fitting side wall 18 near the corner (that is, the side wall 16). It is getting bigger. That is, the second groove portion 22 has a groove width that can be just received by stacking two fitting side walls 18 on top of each other.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the handle portion 23 has a substantially central position in the longitudinal direction of the first strip portion 31 and a side edge position of the second strip portion 32 on the third side wall 36 side. It is laid in an arch shape at the position, and the inside is a finger insertion hole 23A. Specifically, the handle portion 23 has a strip shape slightly narrower than that of the first strip portion 31 and rises directly above from the side edge position of the second strip portion 32 on the third side wall 36 side. From there, it curves in an arc shape toward the first strip 31 side, extends diagonally downward toward the upper position of the substantially center in the longitudinal direction of the first strip 31, then curves and heads straight down. 1 It is connected to the strip portion 31. As a result, for example, when the bogie joint 20 is lifted by passing the index finger below the handle portion 23, the first groove portion 21 becomes an inclined posture extending diagonally downward from the second groove portion 22.
As shown in FIG. 4, the outer surface of the portion of the handle portion 23 that rises directly above the second strip portion 32 is flush with the outer surface of the third side wall 36.

This concludes the description of the configuration of the bogie joint 20 of the present embodiment. Next, the action and effect of the bogie joint 20 will be described. In order to connect the two frame carriages 10 and 10 using the carriage joint 20, as shown in FIG. 1, the frame carriages 10 and 10 are arranged side by side and one side of the corner portion of both fitting side walls 18 and 18 is arranged side by side. A T-shaped side wall portion 19 is formed in which the sides overlap each other and the sides adjacent to them are aligned in a straight line. As shown in FIG. 5, in the vertical side portion 19A of the T-shaped side wall portion 19, the side walls 16 and 16 constituting the fitting side walls 18 and 18 and the pedestal portions 15 and 15 below the side walls 16 and 16 are in contact with each other. Become a state.

To attach the trolley joint 20 to the frame trolleys 10 and 10, for example, the trolley joint 20 is lifted by passing a finger through the finger insertion hole 23A of the handle portion 23, and the trolley joint 20 is attached to the first groove portion 21 as shown in FIG. The tip portion of the first groove portion 21 is fitted to the vertical side portion 19A of the T-shaped side wall portion 19 in an inclined posture with the side lowered. Then, it is rotated so as to lower the second groove 22 side around the tip of the first groove 21. Then, the lateral side portion 19B of the T-shaped side wall portion 19 is in sliding contact with the sliding contact portion 38G of the third side wall 36 and is guided into the second groove portion 22.

At this time, the lower tip corner portion of the first groove portion 21 approaches the luggage loading surface 17 of the frame carriage 10, but the lower tip lower corner portion of the first groove portion 21 is a chamfered portion 34A, so that the luggage is loaded. Interference with the mounting surface 17 is avoided, and even if it comes into contact with the loading surface 17, the chamfered portion 34A has an arc shape and therefore rotates smoothly. Further, since the third side wall 36 on the side of the second groove portion 22 having the gathering rib 38 projects downward from the second side wall 35 on the opposite side, the carriage joint 20 is rotated to rotate the T-shaped side wall portion 19. The lateral side portion 19B of the above can be smoothly fitted to the second groove portion 22. Then, when the bogie joint 20 is rotated until it is in a horizontal posture, as shown in FIG. 3, the entire first groove portion 21 fits into the vertical side portion 19A of the T-shaped side wall portion 19, and the entire second groove portion 22 is formed. Is fitted to the horizontal side portion 19B of the T-shaped side wall portion 19, and the mounting work of the bogie joint 20 is completed.

When there are two frame carriages 10 to be connected, the carriage joints 20 may be attached to the two T-shaped side wall portions 19 as shown in FIG. 7. Further, as shown in FIG. 9, in order to connect the four frame carriages 10 in a state of arranging them vertically and horizontally in two rows and two columns, T-shaped side wall portions formed at four locations on the outer edge side of the frame carriages 10 group are formed. The bogie joint 20 may be attached to each of 19.

As described above, in the bogie joint 20 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the corner portions of the fitting side walls 18 and 18 are formed side by side with the vertical side portion 19A of the T-shaped side wall portion 19 and laterally. The first groove portion 21 and the second groove portion 22 are fitted to the side portion 19B, respectively. As a result, the frame carriages 10 and 10 are connected so as not to be displaced in both directions of the direction in which the frame carriages 10 and 10 are lined up and the direction orthogonal to the arrangement, and the connected state is more stable than before. Further, since the T-shaped side wall portions 19 and 19 on which the bogie joints 20 and 20 are mounted are located on the outer edges of the frame bogies 10 and 10, as shown in FIG. 8, both frame bogies 10 and 10 have a box shape. Even if the luggage 90, 90 is mounted, the bogie joints 20 and 20 can be easily attached to and detached from the frame bogies 10 and 10.

Further, since the bogie joint 20 is provided with the handle portion 23, the operation of attaching / detaching to / from the frame bogies 10 and 10 can be easily performed. Moreover, since the handle portion 23 is provided with a finger insertion hole 23A, the attachment / detachment work can be performed without slipping the finger by passing the finger through the hole 23A. Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, the handle portion 23 does not project from the second groove portion 22 to the opposite side of the first groove portion 21, so that the handle portion 23 is a handle portion from the side surface of the connected frame carriages 10 group. The amount of protrusion of the 23 is suppressed, and it is possible to avoid a situation in which the handle portion 23 comes into contact with a foreign object and is damaged while the frame carriage 10 group is traveling, or the carriage joint 20 is detached from the frame carriages 10 and 10. .. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, since the bogie joint 20 has a T-shaped top plate 33 and a pair of L-shaped side walls 37, 37, the first groove portion 21 and the second groove portion 22 are integrated. The strength is high, and the connected state of the frame carriages 10 and 10 is stable in this respect as well.

The bogie joint 20 has a different color from that of the frame bogie 10, so that it is possible to easily confirm whether or not the bogie joint 20 is attached to the frame bogie 10.
