Claims (4)
- 単位蓄電部を含む少なくとも1つの電池モジュールと、
前記電池モジュールを収納し、前記電池モジュールを冷却するための冷媒が流れる複数の通風路を内部に有する、電池ケースと、
前記複数の通風路の各々へ前記冷媒を供給する複数の分配路を有する分配ダクトとを備え、
前記複数の分配路のうちの第1の分配路と、前記複数の通風路のうちの第1の通風路とは、前記第1の分配路と前記第1の通風路とのうち開口端の径が小さい方を大きい方に挿入した差し込み構造により接続され、
前記複数の分配路のうちの第2の分配路は、開口端の周囲に開口端の断面方向にのびる連結部を有し、シール材が圧縮された状態で前記連結部に保持される面シール構造を介して前記複数の通風路のうちの第2の通風路に接続され、
前記複数の分配路のうちの1つのみの前記分配路が、前記差し込み構造により前記通風路に接続され、
前記複数の分配路の全てを前記面シール構造を介して前記通風路に接続した場合に圧力損失が最も大きくなる経路を、前記差し込み構造により接続する、蓄電装置の冷却構造。 - 前記第1の分配路は、前記第2の分配路の出口の断面積よりも、断面積の大きい部分を有する、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置の冷却構造。
- 前記断面積の大きい部分は、前記第1の分配路を形成するダクトにおいて曲げられた部位である曲がりダクト部である、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置の冷却構造。
- 前記第1の分配路と前記第1の通風路とのうち開口端の径が小さい方は、開口端に爪部を有し、前記第1の分配路と前記第1の通風路とのうち開口端の径が大きい方に前記爪部が係合することにより前記第1の分配路と前記第1の通風路とが互いに固定され、
前記第1の分配路と前記第1の通風路とのうち開口端の径が小さい方の、前記爪部よりも開口端から離れた外周面に筒状シール材が設けられ、前記第1の分配路と前記第1の通風路とのうち開口端の径が大きい方の内周面との間に前記筒状シール材が圧接されて気密にされる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置の冷却構造。
