Description
スロットル流量算出部は、内燃機関で損失される損失トルクを算出する第一算出部と、損失トルクを軸トルクに加算することにより、内燃機関の燃焼により発生するトルクである図示トルクを算出する第二算出部と、図示トルクに基づいてスロットル流量の実値を算出する第三算出部と、を含んで構成されている。
内燃機関は、内燃機関の運転状態が所定のノッキング領域に属する場合、点火時期を最適点火時期よりも遅角する点火時期遅角制御を実行するように構成されている。制御装置は、点火時期遅角制御における最適点火時期からの点火時期遅角量に基づいて、点火時期遅角制御による点火時期効率の低下分に相当するトルクを図示トルクに加算する補正を行うトルク補正部を更に含むように構成されている。
制御装置は、内燃機関の暖機度合を表す温度指標値が所定の温度判定値よりも低い場合、学習部での学習を禁止するように構成されている。
制御装置は、内燃機関の機関回転速度の時間変化量が所定の判定回転速度よりも大きい場合、学習部での学習を禁止するように構成されている。
内燃機関の運転状態が所定のノッキング領域に属する場合、学習部での学習を禁止するように構成されている。
軸トルク検出部は、内燃機関の軸トルクの全量がジェネレータに伝達されている期間に、軸トルクを検出するように構成されている。
[実施の形態1の構成]
図1は、実施の形態1の制御システムが適用されるハイブリッド車両の構成を示す図である。図1に示すように、ハイブリッド車両1は、車輪14を回転駆動するための1つの動力装置として、エンジン2を備える。エンジン2は、ガソリン又は軽油などの炭化水素系の燃料の燃焼により動力を出力する内燃機関であって、吸気装置、排気装置、燃料噴射装置、点火装置、冷却装置などを備える。吸気装置を構成する吸気通路30には、吸入空気量を調整するためのスロットル弁32が設けられている。スロットル弁32には、スロットル弁32の開度であるスロットル開度を検出するためのスロットル開度センサ34が設けられている。なお、詳細は後述するが、エンジン2には、吸入空気量を検出するためのエアフローメータが設けられていない。
(学習制御の概要)
スロットル弁32を流れる吸気の流量特性は、スロットル弁32にデポジット等が付着することで変化する。そこで、制御装置50は、スロットル弁32のスロットル開度と当該スロットル弁を通過する時間流量であるスロットル流量の関係を定めた流量特性を学習する学習制御を行う。
上述したように、本実施の形態のシステムは、吸気量を検出するためのエアフローメータを備えていない。そこで、本実施の形態のシステムは、ハイブリッド車両1が備える第一モータジェネレータ4を利用して吸気量を算出し学習制御を行う。以下、本実施の形態の制御装置50が実行する学習制御について更に詳しく説明する。
[実施の形態2の特徴]
図8は、実施の形態2の学習制御を行うための制御装置の構成を示す機能ブロック図である。この図に示す制御装置50は、点火時期効率計算部130と、トルク補正部132を更に含む点を除いて、図4に示す制御装置50と同様の構成を有している。
[実施の形態3の特徴]
実施の形態3のハイブリッド車両の制御システムは、図1に示すハードウェア構成を用いて、後述する図10に示すルーチンを実行することにより実現することができる。
エンジン2の暖機中は、暖機後と比較してエンジン2のフリクションのばらつきが大きい傾向にある。フリクションのばらつきが大きいと、エンジン軸トルク検出部102、フリクション計算部104、及びポンプ損失計算部108の計算結果に誤差が生じ易くなるため、第二図示トルクTi2を精度よく算出できない可能性がある。
上述したように、吸気量計算部112での吸気量Gaの算出には、図5に示す吸気量計算マップが使用される。ただし、図5に示す吸気量計算マップは、エンジン2がMBTにて運転しているときの吸気量Gaと第二図示トルクTi2との関係を規定したマップである。このため、エンジン2がMBTにて運転していないときに当該マップを使用すると、吸気量Gaを精度よく算出できない可能性がある。
エンジン2の過渡運転中は、機関回転速度NE、機関負荷KL、補機類の負荷といったエンジン状態量の変化量が定常運転中よりも大きくなる。エンジン軸トルク検出部102、フリクション計算部104、及びポンプ損失計算部108の計算ではこれらのエンジン状態量が使用されるため、計算結果に誤差が生じ易くなる。
図10は、実施の形態3の制御装置50により実行されるルーチンを示すフローチャートである。制御装置50のプロセッサは、このフローチャートで表されるプログラムを所定の周期で実行する。

Claims (7)
- 吸気通路にスロットル弁を備える内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の出力軸に連結されたジェネレータと、を備えるハイブリッド車両と、
前記スロットル弁の開度であるスロットル開度と当該スロットル弁を通過する空気量であるスロットル流量との関係を表す流量特性を学習する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記内燃機関の前記出力軸の軸トルクを前記ジェネレータによって検出する軸トルク検出部と、
前記軸トルクに基づいて、前記スロットル流量の実値を算出するスロットル流量算出部と、
前記スロットル開度の実値と前記スロットル流量の実値に基づいて、前記流量特性を学習する学習部と、
を含んで構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御システム。 - 前記スロットル流量算出部は、
前記内燃機関で損失される損失トルクを算出する第一算出部と、
前記損失トルクを前記軸トルクに加算することにより、前記内燃機関の燃焼により発生するトルクである図示トルクを算出する第二算出部と、
前記図示トルクに基づいて前記スロットル流量の実値を算出する第三算出部と、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御システム。 - 前記内燃機関は、前記内燃機関の運転状態が所定のノッキング領域に属する場合、点火時期を最適点火時期よりも遅角する点火時期遅角制御を実行するように構成され、
前記制御装置は、
前記点火時期遅角制御における前記最適点火時期からの点火時期遅角量に基づいて、前記点火時期遅角制御による点火時期効率の低下分に相当するトルクを前記図示トルクに加算する補正を行うトルク補正部を更に含むように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御システム。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記内燃機関の暖機度合を表す温度指標値が所定の温度判定値よりも低い場合、前記学習部での学習を禁止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御システム。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記内燃機関の機関回転速度の時間変化量が所定の判定回転速度よりも大きい場合、前記学習部での学習を禁止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御システム。 - 前記内燃機関の運転状態が所定のノッキング領域に属する場合、前記学習部での学習を禁止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御システム。
- 前記軸トルク検出部は、前記内燃機関の軸トルクの全量が前記ジェネレータに伝達されている期間に、前記軸トルクを検出するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御システム。
