Claims (10)
- 電池装置であって、
蓄電池ユニットと、
前記蓄電池ユニット及び負荷に接続された電流検知ユニットであって、負荷電流を検出する電流検知ユニットと、
前記蓄電池ユニットの電池温度を測定するように構成された温度検知ユニットと、
前記蓄電池ユニットのサイクル数、複数の閾値間隔及び複数の充電電圧値を記憶するように構成されたストレージユニットであって、前記複数の閾値間隔の各々は、前記複数の充電電圧値の各々に対応するストレージユニットと、
前記蓄電池ユニット及び前記ストレージユニットに接続された処理ユニットであって、前記負荷電流及び前記電池温度を受け取るように構成された処理ユニットと、を備え、
前記処理ユニットは、放電記録処理を実行するように構成されており、
前記放電記録処理は、
前記負荷電流、前記電池温度及び前記サイクル数に基づいて蓄電池ユニットの放電深度(DOD)を取得するステップと、
前記処理ユニットが前記負荷電流、前記電池温度及び前記DODを取得する毎に、前記処理ユニットが、前記負荷電流、前記電池温度及び前記DODを前記ストレージユニットに記憶するステップと、を含み、
前記処理ユニットは、充電処理を実行するように構成されており、
前記充電処理は、
前記ストレージユニットから前記複数のDODの最大値を取得するステップと、
前記複数の閾値間隔のうち前記最大値を含む閾値間隔を作業閾値間隔として特定するステップと、
前記作業閾値間隔に対応する前記充電電圧値をメイン充電値として選択するステップと、
前記メイン充電値と等しいDC電圧を用いて前記蓄電池ユニットの定電圧充電を実行するステップと、を含む、電池装置。 - 前記処理ユニットは電圧調整装置に接続されており、前記処理ユニットは、前記畜電池ユニットの定電圧充電を行うための前記DC電圧を供給するように前記電圧調整装置を制御する、請求項1に記載の電池装置。
- 前記蓄電池ユニットの電池電圧が誤差範囲内で前記メイン充電値に近づいたと前記処理ユニットが検出した場合に、前記処理ユニットは、前記充電処理を停止し、前記ストレージユニット内の前記サイクル数を増加させる、請求項2に記載の電池装置。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記蓄電池ユニットの相対充電率が3%を超えると判別した場合に、前記放電記録処理を実行する、請求項3に記載の電池装置。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記蓄電池ユニットの相対充電率が3%未満である(又は、これと等しい)ことを判別した場合に、前記放電記録処理を停止し、前記充電処理を実行する、請求項3に記載の電池装置。
- 蓄電池ユニットの制御方法であって、
前記負荷電流を検出するステップと、
前記蓄電池ユニットの電池温度を検出するステップと、
前記蓄電池ユニットのサイクル数、複数の閾値間隔及び複数の充電電圧値を記憶するステップであって、前記複数の閾値間隔の各々は、前記複数の充電電圧値の各々に対応する、ステップと、
放電記録処理を実行するステップと、
充電処理を実行するステップと、を含み、
前記放電記録処理を実行するステップは、
前記負荷電流を受け取ってストレージユニットに記憶するステップと、
前記電池温度を受け取ってストレージユニットに記憶するステップと、
前記負荷電流及び前記電池温度を取得する毎に前記負荷電流及び前記電池温度を前記ストレージユニットに記憶して、複数の負荷電流及び複数の電池温度を生成するステップと、を含み、
前記充電処理を実行するステップは、
前記ストレージユニットから前記複数の負荷電流の最大値を取得するステップと、
前記ストレージユニットから前記複数の電池温度の最大値を取得するステップと、
前記複数の負荷電流の前記最大値、前記複数の電池温度の前記最大値及び前記サイクル数に基づいて、前記蓄電池ユニットの放電深度(DOD)を算出するステップと、
前記複数の閾値間隔のうち前記DODを含む閾値間隔を作業閾値間隔として特定するステップと、
前記作業閾値間隔に対応する前記充電電圧値をメイン充電値として選択するステップと、
前記メイン充電値と等しいDC電圧を用いて前記蓄電池ユニットの定電圧充電を実行するステップと、を含む、制御方法。 - 前記蓄電池ユニットの電池電圧が誤差範囲内で前記メイン充電値に近づいた場合に、前記充電処理が停止され、前記ストレージユニット内の前記サイクル数が増加される、請求項6に記載の制御方法。
- 前記蓄電池ユニットの相対充電率が3%を超える場合に、前記放電記録処理が実行される、請求項7に記載の制御方法。
- 前記蓄電池ユニットの相対充電率が3%以下である場合に、前記放電記録処理が停止され、前記充電処理が実行される、請求項7に記載の制御方法。
- 前記制御方法は、前記蓄電池ユニットを含む電池装置によって実行される、請求項6に記載の制御方法。
