Claims (18)
- 体内に挿入可能な挿入部と、
操作部と、
前記操作部から前記挿入部に延びており、前記操作部の操作によって前記操作部側に牽引される一本の操作ワイヤと、
を備え、
前記挿入部は、
開閉可能な把持部を有する先端部と、
前記先端部の前記操作部側に隣設されている湾曲可能な湾曲部と、
前記湾曲部と前記操作部とを接続している接続部と、
を含み、
前記接続部は、前記操作部の操作によって、当該接続部の長手軸に沿って進退され、また、当該接続部の長手軸を中心に回転され、
前記接続部が進退又は回転されることにより、前記把持部が進退又は回転し、
前記操作ワイヤが牽引されることにより、前記把持部が閉じ、且つ前記把持部が閉じた状態において前記湾曲部が湾曲する処置具。 - 請求項1記載の処置具であって、
前記操作部は、前記把持部の進退及び回転を行う進退回転操作と、前記把持部の開閉及び前記湾曲部の湾曲を行う開閉湾曲操作と、のうち少なくとも一方の操作の操作状態を保持する操作状態保持手段を有する処置具。 - 請求項1又は2記載の処置具であって、
前記操作ワイヤの牽引に基づいて前記湾曲部が湾曲する動作に対する抵抗は、前記操作ワイヤの牽引に基づいて前記把持部が閉じる動作に対する抵抗よりも大きい処置具。 - 請求項3記載の処置具であって、
前記湾曲部は、当該湾曲部を直線状に延ばす弾性部材を有する処置具。 - 請求項4記載の処置具であって、
前記弾性部材は、前記湾曲部の外皮である処置具。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の処置具であって、
前記湾曲部は、前記挿入部の長手方向に並び、且つ回動可能に連結されている複数の湾曲駒を有する処置具。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の処置具であって、
前記湾曲部は、弾性材料からなり、可撓である処置具。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載の処置具であって、
前記操作ワイヤの牽引に基づいて前記湾曲部が湾曲することにより、前記把持部は、前記接続部の長手軸に沿って寝かされた状態から起こされる処置具。 - 請求項8記載の処置具であって、
前記操作ワイヤの牽引に基づいて前記湾曲部が湾曲している状態において、前記接続部が回転された際に、前記把持部は、前記接続部の長手軸に対して起立した状態を保って回転する処置具。 - 請求項8又は9記載の処置具であって、
前記操作ワイヤの牽引に基づいて前記湾曲部が湾曲している状態において、前記接続部が進退された際に、前記把持部は、前記接続部の長手軸に対して起立した状態を保って進退する処置具。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一項記載の処置具であって、
前記接続部は、他の処置具を挿通可能な管路を内部に有し、
前記湾曲部は、前記管路に連通し且つ当該湾曲部の外周面に開口している管路出口を有する処置具。 - 請求項11記載の処置具であって、
前記操作ワイヤの牽引に基づいて、前記管路出口が湾曲外側に配置される湾曲形状に前記湾曲部は湾曲し、
前記湾曲形状において、前記管路出口の開口は、前記管路の管軸と交差して配置されている処置具。 - 請求項6を引用する請求項12記載の処置具であって、
前記複数の湾曲駒は、切り欠き部を有するC字状にそれぞれ形成されており、
前記複数の湾曲駒それぞれの前記切り欠き部は、前記湾曲形状において湾曲外側に配置され、前記管路出口を構成している処置具。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一項記載の処置具である第1の処置具と、
第2の処置具と、
前記第1の処置具が挿通可能な第1の処置具チャンネル、及び前記第2の処置具が挿通可能な第2の処置具チャンネルを有する内視鏡と、
を備える内視鏡装置。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一項記載の処置具である第1の処置具と、
第2の処置具と、
前記第1の処置具及び前記第2の処置具のうち一方の処置具が挿通可能な処置具チャンネルを有する内視鏡と、
前記第1の処置具及び前記第2の処置具のうち他方の処置具が挿通可能な処置具チャンネル、及び前記内視鏡が挿通可能な内視鏡チャンネルを有するガイドシースと、
を備える内視鏡装置。 - 請求項11から13のいずれか一項記載の処置具である第1の処置具と、
前記第1の処置具の前記管路に挿通可能な第2の処置具と、
前記第1の処置具が挿通可能な処置具チャンネルを備える内視鏡と、
を備える内視鏡装置。 - 請求項14から16のいずか一項記載の内視鏡装置であって、
前記内視鏡の操作を行う内視鏡操作部に対して、
前記第1の処置具と前記第2の処置具の少なくとも一方が着脱可能である内視鏡装置。 - 請求項14から17のいずれか一項記載の内視鏡装置と、
前記内視鏡装置の前記内視鏡に照明光を供給する光源装置と、
前記内視鏡から出力される画像信号を処理するプロセッサと、
を備える内視鏡システム。
