Claims (28)
- タスク割り当てシステムにおける行動ペアリングのための方法であって、前記方法は、
前記タスク割り当てシステムの中でタスク割り当て動作を実施するように構成された少なくとも1つのコンピュータプロセッサによって、対応可能なエージェントへの割り当ての準備ができている複数のタスクの各々のための優先度を決定することであって、前記複数のタスクは、対応可能なエージェントへの割り当てを待っている間に待ち行列で順序付けられ、タスクの前記待ち行列は、異なる優先度のタスクを含み、前記異なる優先度のタスクは、より高い優先度レベルのタスクがより低い優先度レベルのタスクより前に前記待ち行列中に挿入されることを除いて、各タスクの到着時間に従って時系列順に順序付けられている、ことと、
前記少なくとも1つのコンピュータプロセッサによって、前記複数のタスクのうちの任意のものへの割り当てのために対応可能であるエージェントを決定することであって、前記エージェントは、前記エージェントが前の割り当てられたタスクを完成した場合、または前記エージェントが前記タスク割り当てシステムの中で事前にタスクを割り当てられていない場合、対応可能であると決定される、ことと、

- タスクの前記数は、異なる優先度のタスクの相対数に比例する、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンピュータプロセッサは、前記複数のタスクのうちの前記第1のタスクが関連するサービスレベル合意を超過したことを決定するようにさらに構成されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記サービスレベル合意は、前記第1のタスクのための推定待ち時間の関数である、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のタスクは、タスクの前記待ち行列の前記最前列からの前記ある数のタスクを含み、前記サービスレベル合意は、タスクの前記数の関数である、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のタスクのうちの少なくとも1つは、仮想タスクである、請求項11に記載のシステム。

- タスクの前記数は、異なる優先度のタスクの相対数に比例する、請求項22に記載の製造品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンピュータプロセッサは、前記複数のタスクのうちの前記第1のタスクが関連するサービスレベル合意を超過したことを決定するようにさらに動作させられる、請求項21に記載の製造品。
- 前記タスク割り当てシステムは、コンタクトセンターシステムであり、前記行動ペアリング方略は、コンタクトをコンタクトセンターシステムエージェントに割り当てる、請求項1に記載の方法。
