Claims (8)
- 移送管を加熱する予熱工程と、前記予熱工程後に、前記移送管の内部に溶融ガラスを流通させる移送工程と、を備えるガラス物品の製造方法であって、
前記移送管は、管状の本体部と、前記本体部の端部に形成されるフランジ部とを備え、
前記本体部は、耐火物により保持されており、
前記予熱工程では、前記フランジ部を移動可能に支持しながら前記本体部を加熱することにより、前記本体部の伸長に応じて前記フランジ部を移動させることを特徴とするガラス物品の製造方法。 - 前記予熱工程では、前記移送管に接続される電線を移動可能に支持することにより、前記本体部の伸長に応じて前記電線を移動させる請求項1に記載のガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記予熱工程では、前記フランジ部の上部を移動可能に支持する請求項1又は2に記載のガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記予熱工程では、上下方向における前記フランジ部の中間部を移動可能に支持する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記予熱工程では、前記フランジ部の下部を移動可能に支持する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記予熱工程では、転動部材により前記フランジ部を移動可能に支持する請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品の製造方法。
- 前記予熱工程では、上端が揺動可能に保持されると共に下端が前記フランジ部に揺動可能に連結された棒状の連結部材により、前記フランジ部を移動可能に支持する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品の製造方法。
- 内部に溶融ガラスを流通させる移送管と、前記移送管を保持する耐火物と、を備えるガラス物品の製造装置において、
前記移送管は、管状の本体部と、前記本体部の端部に形成されるフランジ部とを備え、
前記本体部が、前記耐火物に保持されており、
前記本体部の伸長に応じて前記フランジ部が移動可能な状態で前記フランジ部を支持する支持装置をさらに備えることを特徴とするガラス物品の製造装置。
