Description
所定の形状に配設された複数の光ファイバを備えたライトパネルを準備する工程と、
前記ライトパネルの入力部を形成するように、前記ライトパネルの前記光ファイバの端部をまとめて結束する工程と、を含む。少なくとも1つの審美層が、消灯状態において前記パネルの出光側面から見えるように設けられるとともに、消灯状態における前記照明装置の審美的訴求力を提供するように選択される、前記審美層の光学特性を補償するように出力される光を提供するように、前記複数の光源の中から1つの光源が選択されて、前記選択された光源が前記ライトパネルに連結される。
Claims (16)
- 光を生成するための光源と、
出光側面と、前記出光側面に対向する光反射側面とを有する照明パネルであって、
複数の光ファイバであってそれぞれが前記光を前記光ファイバの長さに沿って出射するように構成された光ファイバを備える光ファイバ層であって、前記複数の光ファイバは、前記光ファイバ層が、前記照明パネルの前記出光側面に対面する第1側面と、前記照明パネルの前記光反射側面に対面する第2側面と、を有するような態様で、所定の形状に配設される、光ファイバ層と、
前記光ファイバ層の前記第2側面に設けられるとともに、前記光を前記光ファイバ層の前記第1側面に向かって反射するように構成された反射層であって、前記照明パネルの前記反射層が、審美的訴求力を得るために選択された、消灯状態において前記照明パネルの前記出光側面から見える審美層であり、前記反射層は、金属により部分的に被覆された拡散反射層を備え、前記拡散反射層の一部が露出されており、前記金属が消灯状態における前記照明パネルの前記出光側面のメタリックな外観を提供し、前記拡散反射層の前記一部は前記光源が点灯状態にあるとき光の拡散反射を提供する、反射層と、
を備える照明パネルと、
前記複数の光ファイバの端部を、前記光源に光学的に連結される束として保持するように構成される結束要素と、
を備えた照明装置。 - 前記光源は、固体光源を備える、
請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記複数の光ファイバは、整列して配設される、
請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記複数の光ファイバは、織られた形態で配設される、
請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの審美層は、高度反射性着色フィルムを備える、
請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記高度反射性着色フィルムは、前記光源により生成される光の色にマッチする色である、
請求項5に記載の照明装置。 - 前記金属は、アルミニウム、銀、及び金の少なくとも1つを備える、
請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの審美層は、前記照明パネルを固定するように構成された構造層を備える、
請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記構造層は、前記照明パネルを所定の形状に固定するように構成されたベゼルを含む、
請求項8に記載の照明装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの審美層は、前記光ファイバ層を備える、
請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記複数の光ファイバは、前記照明パネルの消灯状態において有色である、
請求項10に記載の照明装置。 - 前記光ファイバ層は、前記照明パネルの消灯状態において所定の色を有する着色媒体に封入された前記複数の光ファイバを備える、
請求項10に記載の照明装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの層は、前記照明パネルの前記出光側面に設けられた透過層を備える、 請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記透過層は、消灯状態において有色である、
請求項13に記載の照明装置。 - 前記透過層は一方向鏡面コーティングを備え、前記一方向鏡面コーティングは、前記照明パネルが点灯状態にあるときは前記光を透過するとともに、消灯状態においては鏡面のように見える、
請求項13に記載の照明装置。 - 車両用照明装置の製造方法であって、
それぞれが光を生成するように構成された複数の光源を準備する工程と、
所定の形状に配設された複数の光ファイバを備えたライトパネルを準備する工程と、
前記ライトパネルの入力部を形成するように、前記ライトパネルの前記光ファイバの端部をまとめて結束する工程と、
消灯状態において前記ライトパネルの出光側面から見える審美層として、消灯状態における前記照明装置の審美的訴求力を提供するように選択される反射層を準備する工程であって、前記反射層は、金属により部分的に被覆された拡散反射層を備え、前記拡散反射層の一部が露出されており、前記金属が消灯状態における前記ライトパネルの前記出光側面のメタリックな外観を提供し、前記拡散反射層の前記一部は前記光源が点灯状態にあるとき光の拡散反射を提供する、工程と、
前記複数の光源の中から、前記審美層の光学特性を補償するように出力される光を提供する1つの光源を選択する工程と、
前記選択された光源を前記ライトパネルに連結する工程と、
を備えた、車両用照明装置の製造方法。
