図1は、例として、ゴミ焼却施設(図示せず)において使用することのできる熱交換管1を示す。この管1は、この例において、C形鋼製の水冷部材である。輪郭のみが示されている溶接バーナ2(例えば、MSGまたはTIG)を用いて、管1を回転3させながら肉盛溶接材料4が施与される。

- 前記クラッド用材料は、施与後に、運転負荷のかかった状態で、少なくとも600MPaの耐力Rp0.2を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 肉盛溶接材料としての前記クラッド用材料は、600MPaを上回る耐力Rp0.2を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 肉盛溶接材料としての前記クラッド用材料は、640MPaを上回る耐力Rp0.2を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 肉盛溶接材料としての前記クラッド用材料は、800MPaを上回る引張強さRmを有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 肉盛溶接材料としての前記クラッド用材料は、840MPaを上回る引張強さRmを有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 前記クラッド用材料は、補修に使用される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
