Claims (4)
- 内径面に雌スプラインが形成されるとともに、外径面に複数本のトラック溝が形成された等速自在継手部品を把持する等速自在継手部品の把持方法であって、
等速自在継手部品を内径面から挟持するコレットチャックと、工具逃げ溝を有し等速自在継手部品の一方の端面を受ける当て金部材とを備え、当て金部材の工具逃げ溝とコレットチャックの廻り止めの位相とが合っている把持装置を用い、
当て金部材の工具逃げ溝と等速自在継手部品のトラック溝の位相を合わせる位相合わせ工程と、等速自在継手部品のトラック溝と等速自在継手部品の雌スプラインの位相差を計測する計測工程と、計測工程の結果に基づいて、位相差が最も小さい雌スプラインの凹部に廻り止めを合わる合わせ工程と、合わせ工程後にコレットチャックによる等速自在継手部品を把持するチャック工程とを行い、コレットチャックにて等速自在継手部品を把持している状態で当て金部材にて等速自在継手部品を受けていることを特徴とする等速自在継手部品の把持方法。 - 計測工程は、等速自在継手部品のトラック溝と等速自在継手部品の雌スプラインを撮像する画像処理にて行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速自在継手部品の把持方法。
- 当て金部材の工具逃げ溝と等速自在継手部品のトラック溝の位相を合わせる位相合わせ工程を行う位相合わせゾーンと、計測工程を行う計測ゾーンと、計測工程の結果に基づいて廻り止めを合わる合わせ工程を行う合わせゾーンと、コレットチャックによる等速自在継手部品を把持する把持ゾーンとに順次等速自在継手部品を搬送することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の等速自在継手部品の把持方法。
- 前記計測工程から前記チャック工程までの等速自在継手部品の搬送は、等速自在継手部品のトラック溝に嵌合して位置決めする少なくとも一対の爪部材を備えた搬送パレットを用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手部品の把持方法。
