Claims (1)
- 一枚のガス遮断性の有るシートに、所定間隔で同一高さの複数の折山を設けてスペーサーとしてのリブを形成した成形体を複数段積層したものであって、奇数段の前記成形体と偶数段の前記成形体とが相互に所定角度を持っているよう積層した直交流型熱交換素子の構成部材であるハニカム状成形体の製造方法であって、前記ハニカム状成形体の製造方法が、2本の回転ローラ間で駆動する無限軌道状の成形ベルトと前記成形ベルトの前記回転ローラとの接触部分に生じた凹部に、前記シートに接着剤を付着させて成形ローラの凸部で押し込むことによって、前記シートの全面にリブを形成することを特徴とするハニカム状成形体の製造方法。
