Description
Claims (6)
- エンジンのクランクシャフトに結合され、スタータモータおよび発電機として機能し、補強部(6)にステータ(1)を備えた、永久磁石を有する電気モータであって、
前記電気モータの監視ユニット(EMU)に位相信号を提供する、第1の位相センサ(14)、第2の位相センサ(15)、第3の位相センサ(16)と、
前記ステータ(1)に対する前記電気モータのロータの回転方向を示す信号を前記エンジンの監視ユニット(ECU)に提供する付加的方向センサ(18)と、
が設けられ、
前記付加的方向センサ(18)は、前記エンジンの監視ユニット(ECU)に接続されているが、前記電気モータの前記監視ユニット(EMU)には接続されず、
前記ステータ(1)に対する前記電気モータのロータの回転方向を示す前記信号は、前記エンジンの前記監視ユニット(ECU)には供給されるが、前記電気モータの前記監視ユニット(EMU)には供給されない、
電気モータ。 - 前記第2の位相センサ(15)は、前記付加的方向センサ(18)も受容する前記補強部(6)の拡大された隔室(17)内に配置されている、請求項1に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記付加的方向センサ(18)は、ホール効果を利用した2チャンネルセンサである、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気モータ。
- 永久磁石を有する電気モータと、前記電気モータの監視ユニット(EMU)と、エンジンの監視ユニット(ECU)と、を備え、
前記電気モータは、前記エンジンのクランクシャフトに機械的に接続され、
前記電気モータには、
前記電気モータの監視ユニット(EMU)に位相信号を提供する、第1の位相センサ(14)、第2の位相センサ(15)、第3の位相センサ(16)と、
前記ステータ(1)に対する前記電気モータのロータの回転方向を示す信号を前記エンジンの監視ユニット(ECU)に提供する付加的方向センサ(18)と、
が設けられ、
前記付加的方向センサ(18)は、前記エンジンの監視ユニット(ECU)に接続されているが、前記電気モータの前記監視ユニット(EMU)には接続されず、
前記ステータ(1)に対する前記電気モータのロータの回転方向を示す前記信号は、前記エンジンの前記監視ユニット(ECU)には供給されるが、前記電気モータの前記監視ユニット(EMU)には供給されない、
始動制御システム。 - 前記第2の位相センサ(15)は、前記付加的方向センサ(18)も受容する補強部(6)の拡大された隔室(17)内に配置されている、請求項4に記載の始動制御システム。
- 前記付加的方向センサ(18)は、ホール効果を利用した2チャンネルセンサである、請求項4または請求項5に記載の始動制御システム。
