Claims (4)
- 熱可塑性を有する樹脂成分が含まれた糸を使用する構成糸により編網された無結節網を硬化させてなる硬質網材であって、
前記無結節網は、複数の前記構成糸が撚られた状態で形成される網糸と、少なくとも該網糸を形成する複数の前記構成糸の間に保持される特定機能材料とを備えており、
前記構成糸は、鞘部が芯部よりも低融点の合成樹脂によって形成されてなる芯鞘複合マルチフィラメント糸の撚糸によって構成されており、
前記特定機能材料は、前記芯鞘複合マルチフィラメント糸を構成する鞘部の溶融によって該鞘部の周辺において溶着または包囲された状態で固定的に保持されており、
前記網糸は、前記芯鞘複合マルチフィラメント糸を構成する鞘部の硬化によって網目形状を固定化してなることを特徴とする特定用途硬質網材。 - 前記特定機能材料は、複数の前記芯鞘複合マルチフィラメント糸の間にも保持されている請求項1に記載の特定用途硬質網材。
- 前記特定機能材料は、カプセルに封入された状態である請求項1または2に記載の特定用途硬質網材。
- 前記特定機能材料は、難燃剤、防燃剤、防炎剤、抗菌剤、防カビ剤、生物忌避剤、防汚剤、防水剤、感温変色剤、芳香剤、消臭剤、反射剤、保湿剤、保温剤、保水剤、吸湿剤、吸音剤、吸水剤、蓄熱剤、蓄電剤、蓄光剤、発色剤、発熱剤、発光剤、静電剤または制振剤である請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の特定用途硬質網材。
