Description
〔PR1R2R3R4〕+X-
Rl〜R4:炭素数1〜25のアルキル基、アルコキシル基、アリール基、アル
キルアリール基、アラルキル基またはポリオキシアルキレン基で
あり、あるいはこれらの内2〜3個がPと共に複数環構造を形成す
ることもできる
X-:Cl-、Br-、I-、HSO4 -、H2PO4 -、RCOO-、ROSO2 -、CO3 - -等のアニオン
具体的には、テトラフェニルホスホニウムクロライド、ベンジルトリフェニルホスホニウムブロマイド、ベンジルトリフェニルホスホニウムクロライド、トリフェニルメトキシメチルホスホニウムクロライド、トリフェニルメチルカルボニルメチルホスホニウムクロライド、トリフェニルエトキシカルボニルメチルホスホニウムクロライド、トリオクチルベンジルホスホニウムクロライド、トリオクチルメチルホスホニウムクロライド、トリオクチルエチルホスホニウムアセテート、テトラオクチルホスホニウムクロライド、トリオクチルエチルホスホニウムジメチルホスフェート等が用いられる。第4級ホスホニウム塩はまた、ポリヒドロキシ芳香族化合物等の活性水素含有芳香族化合物との等モル分子化合物であってもよい。
〔NR1R2R3R4〕+X-
(ここで、Rl〜R4およびX-は上記と同じである)で表わされる化合物、例えば1-アルキルピリジニウム塩、5-アラルキル-1,5-ジアザビシクロ[4.3.0]-5-ノネニウム塩、8-アラルキル-1,8-ジアザビシクロ[5.4.0]-7-ウンデセニウム塩等が用いられる。

で表されるキレート環およびアルコキシ基から構成される有機チタン化合物が用いられる。
脱脂したステンレス鋼板(厚さ0.2mm)に、Ti/Al系プライマーを塗布し、200℃で10分間焼付けをして下部プライマー層を形成させ、その上にクレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂を主成分とする接着剤を塗布し、200℃で5分間焼付け処理することにより、カバーコート層を形成させる。

各所定量
水酸化カルシウム(近江化学工業製品CALDIC2000) 2重量部
酸化マグネシウム(協和化学工業製品キョーワマグ150) 5 〃
加工助剤(TECHNICAL PROCESSING社製品TE-58A) 0.5 〃
ポリオール系加硫剤(デュポン製品キュラティブ#30) 8 〃
ポリオール系加硫促進剤(デュポン製品キュラティブ#20) 4 〃
D硬度測定:フッ素ゴム組成物を170℃で20分間架橋成形して得られた
試験片(50×50×2mm)を3枚重ねたゴムシートを用い、JIS
K6253-3に準拠して、タイプDデュロメータでD硬度を測定
D硬度は、50〜65であることが好ましい
微小硬度測定:島津製作所製ダイナミック超微小硬度計DUH-211Sを用
い、負荷速度5.5mN/秒、測定深さ5μmの条件下で押し
込み試験を行い、微小硬度を測定
微小硬度は、10〜20であることが好ましい
摩擦摩耗試験:220℃で7時間の事前処理されたサンプルについて、治
具サイズ外径40mm、内径30mmの図示された試験機具を
用い、面圧100〜150MPa、ねじり角度0.1〜1°、周波数
2〜20Hz、試験温度220℃、回数80,000回の条件下で、
円形治具をサンプルに押し付け、往復回転運動させた
鋼板が露出していなければ○、露出していれば×
と評価
(1) 用いられるカーボンブラックの比表面積に関しては、34m2/gを超える比表面積のものは補強性が強すぎ、したがって高硬度化し、またそれに伴い混練性も悪化する。一方、3m2/gより小さい比表面積のものは、市販品にはない。
(2) 用いられるシリカの比表面積に関しては、220m2/gより大きい比表面積のものは、補強性が強すぎて高硬度化し、またそれに伴い混練性も悪化する。
(3) カーボンブラックおよびシリカの合計量が80重量部を超えると、微小硬度およびD硬度が所望の値を示さなくなるか、あるいは耐摩耗性が損なわれるようになる。
(4) 各実施例のものは、5〜25の微小硬度を示し、D硬度および耐摩耗性の点でもすぐれている。
Claims (5)
- 金属板上に、フッ素ゴム 100重量部当りCTAB比表面積3〜34m2/gのカーボンブラック30〜70重量部およびBET比表面積35〜220m2/gの含水非晶質二酸化珪素5〜15重量部を配合し、ただし両者の合計量は80重量部以下であるフッ素ゴム組成物を用い、ポリオール加硫剤および4級オニウム塩加硫促進剤を用いてフッ素ゴム架橋物層を形成させ、該フッ素ゴム架橋物層の微小硬度が5〜25である耐摩耗性のガスケット素材。
- 微小硬度が10〜20である請求項1記載のガスケット素材。
- D硬度が45〜65のフッ素ゴム架橋物層を形成させた請求項1記載のガスケット素材。
- D硬度が50〜60のフッ素ゴム架橋物層を形成させた請求項1記載のガスケット素材。
- シリンダヘッドガスケットとして用いられる請求項1記載のガスケット素材。
