Claims (4)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に一部が収容され被検出体に追従して原点位置を中心に往復移動するシャフトと、
前記シャフトの移動量に伴って変化する磁石からの磁力を検出する磁気検出素子と、
を備えるストロークセンサであって、
前記ハウジングは、金属材からなる複数のケースからなり、互いに螺合して連結される前及び後に、前記ケース同士の位置関係をガイドする当接部を設けることを特徴とするストロークセンサ。 - 前記複数のケースは、前記シャフトの摺動部に当接する摺動面をそれぞれに設ける
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストロークセンサ。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記複数のケースが互いに対向する端部において、少なくとも一方の端部に、誘い込み用のテーパー面が設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストロークセンサ。 - 前記複数のケースのうち、一方のケースに、前記磁気検出素子を保持する検出部を設け、
他方のケースに、前記シャフトが前記原点位置に復帰するための原点復帰手段を収容する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストロークセンサ。
