Claims (10)
- ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 65〜70%、Al2O3 10〜13%、B2O3 5.93〜9%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO 10〜12.14%、P2O5 0.1〜3%を含有し、モル比(MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO)/Al2O3が0.95〜1.3であり、モル比CaO/(MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO)が0.44〜0.8であり、且つ30〜260℃における線熱膨張係数をCTE30−260℃、30〜380℃における線熱膨張係数をCTE30−380℃とした時に、32×10−7/℃≦CTE30−260℃≦34×10−7/℃、33×10−7/℃≦CTE30−380℃≦35×10−7/℃、0.95≦CTE30−380℃/CTE30−260℃≦1.05の条件を満たすことを特徴とするガラス。
- ガラス組成中のLi2O+Na2O+K2Oの含有量が0.5モル%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス。
- ヤング率が70GPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス。
- 比ヤング率が30GPa/(g/cm3)以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のガラス。
- オーバーフローダウンドロー法又はスロットダウンドロー法で成形されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のガラス。
- 平板形状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のガラス。
- チップサイズパッケージに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のガラス。
- 有機ELディスプレイに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のガラス。
- ディスプレイデバイスのカバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のガラス。
- Siチップがガラス基板上に貼り付けられた積層体であって、
ガラス基板が、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のガラスからなることを特徴とする積層体。
