Description
図2は、図1に示す駆動装置10をより具体化した一例としての駆動装置10を示す図である。図2に示す駆動装置10は第1遊星歯車機構14の入力軸42と第2モータ13のロータ49とが異なる軸上に配置された複軸式の駆動装置であり、エンジン11、第1モータ12、第2モータ13、第1遊星歯車機構14、第2遊星歯車機構15、第1クラッチ機構CL1、第2クラッチ機構CL2、ブレーキ機構BK、デファレンシャルギヤ47および駆動輪53を備えている。図2に示す駆動装置10は、フロントエンジン・フロントドライブ車(FF車)あるいはリヤエンジン・リヤドライブ車(RR車)など、エンジン横置きタイプの車両に適するように構成した例である。
第2実施形態では、第2キャリヤC2に連結するギヤが、第1リングギヤR1から第1サンギヤS1に変更されている。なお、以下の説明では、第1実施形態における駆動装置10と同一の部材には、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。
第3実施形態では、第2キャリヤC2に連結するギヤが、第1リングギヤR1から第1サンギヤS1に変更され、かつ第1キャリヤC1と第2サンギヤS2とを選択的に連結するように構成されている。
第4実施形態では、駆動装置10において、第1キャリヤC1と第2サンギヤS2とが選択的に連結されるように構成されている。すなわち、第2リングギヤR2が図1に示す第5回転要素29に相当し、第2サンギヤS2が図1に示す第6回転要素30に相当する。
図18には、第5実施形態における駆動装置10のスケルトン図を示している。第5実施形態における駆動装置10では、第1リングギヤR1と第2リングギヤR2とが連結され、第1キャリヤC1と第2キャリヤC2とが選択的に連結されるように構成されている。すなわち、第2リングギヤR2が図1に示す第4回転要素28に相当し、第2サンギヤS2が図1に示す第5回転要素29に相当する。なお、第1サンギヤS1は図1に示す第1回転要素25に相当し、第1リングギヤR1は図1に示す第2回転要素26に相当し、第1キャリヤC1は図1に示す第3回転要素27に相当し、第2キャリヤC2は図1に示す第6回転要素30に相当する。
第6実施形態では、第5実施形態のうち第1リングギヤR1をエンジン11に連結し、第1リングギヤR1と第1キャリヤC1とを選択的に連結するように構成された駆動装置10である。すなわち、第6実施形態では、第1リングギヤR1が図1に示す第1回転要素25に相当し、第1サンギヤS1が図1に示す第2回転要素26に相当し、第1キャリヤC1が図1に示す第3回転要素27に相当し、第2リングギヤR2が図1に示す第4回転要素28に相当し、第2サンギヤS2が図1に示す第5回転要素29に相当し、そして第2キャリヤC2が図1に示す第6回転要素30に相当する。
第7実施形態では、第5実施形態のうち第1サンギヤS1と第2サンギヤS2とを連結し、第1リングギヤR1をエンジンに連結し、更に第1リングギヤR1と第1キャリヤC1とを選択的に連結するように構成されている。すなわち、第7実施形態では、第1リングギヤR1が図1に示す第1回転要素25に相当し、第1サンギヤS1が図1に示す第2回転要素26に相当し、第1キャリヤC1が図1に示す第3回転要素27に相当し、第2サンギヤS2が図1に示す第4回転要素28に相当し、第2リングギヤR2が図1に示す第5回転要素29に相当し、そして第2キャリヤC2が図1に示す第6回転要素30に相当する。
第8実施形態では、第5実施形態のうち第1リングギヤR1と第2サンギヤS2とを連結するように構成されている。すなわち、第8実施形態では、第1サンギヤS1が図1に示す第1回転要素25に相当し、第1リングギヤR1が図1に示す第2回転要素26に相当し、第1キャリヤC1が図1に示す第3回転要素27に相当し、第2サンギヤS2が図1に示す第4回転要素28に相当し、第2リングギヤR2が図1に示す第5回転要素29に相当し、そして第2キャリヤC2が図1に示す第6回転要素30に相当する。
図33には、第9実施形態における駆動装置65のスケルトン図を示している。第9実施形態において、第1サンギヤS1が図32に示す第1回転要素25に相当し、第1キャリヤC1が図32に示す駆第2回転要素26に相当し、第1リングギヤR1が図32に示す第3回転要素27に相当し、第2キャリヤC2が図32に示す第4回転要素28に相当し、第2サンギヤS2が図32に示す第5回転要素29に相当し、そして第2リングギヤR2が図32に示す第6回転要素30に相当する。
第10実施形態では、第9実施形態のうち第1サンギヤS1と第2キャリヤC2とを連結し、第1キャリヤC1と第2リングギヤR2とを選択的に連結し、第1キャリヤC1と第1リングギヤR1とを選択的に連結するように構成されている。すなわち、第1リングギヤR1が図32に示す第1回転要素25に相当し、第1サンギヤS1が図32に示す第2回転要素26に相当し、第1キャリヤC1が図32に示す第3回転要素27に相当し、第2キャリヤC2が図32に示す第4回転要素28に相当し、第2サンギヤS2が図32に示す第5回転要素29に相当し、そして第2リングギヤR2が図32に示す第6回転要素30に相当する。
第11実施形態では、第9実施形態のうち第1サンギヤS1と第2キャリヤC2とを連結し、第1キャリヤC1と第2サンギヤS2とを選択的に連結し、第1キャリヤC1と第1リングギヤR1とを選択的に連結するように構成されている。
第12実施形態では、第9実施形態のうち第1リングギヤR1と第2キャリヤC2とを連結し、第1キャリヤC1と第2サンギヤS2とを選択的に連結し、第1サンギヤS1と第1キャリヤC1とを選択的に連結するように構成されている。
図47には、第13実施形態における駆動装置65のスケルトン図である。第13実施形態においては、第1キャリヤC1が図32に示す第1回転要素25に相当し、第1サンギヤS1が図32に示す第2回転要素26に相当し、第1リングギヤR1が図32に示す第3回転要素27に相当し、第2サンギヤS2が図32に示す第4回転要素28に相当し、第2リングギヤR2が図32に示す第5回転要素29に相当し、そして第2キャリヤC2が図32に示す第6回転要素30に相当する。
第14実施形態では、第13実施形態のうち第1サンギヤS1と第2キャリヤC2とを連結し、第1キャリヤC1と第2サンギヤS2とを選択的に連結するように構成されている。
第15実施形態では、第13実施形態のうち第1リングギヤR1と第2キャリヤC2とを連結し、第1キャリヤC1と第2リングギヤR2とを選択的に連結するように構成されている。
第16実施形態では、第13実施形態のうち第1サンギヤS1と第2キャリヤC2とを連結し、第1キャリヤC1と第2リングギヤR2とを選択的に連結するように構成された駆動装置65である。
Claims (14)
- 内燃機関と、第1モータと、第2モータとを駆動力源として備え、前記駆動力源から出力された駆動力を駆動輪に連結された出力要素に伝達するハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記内燃機関に接続された第1回転要素と、第2回転要素と、第3回転要素とを備えた第1差動機構と、
前記第2回転要素に接続された第4回転要素と、前記第1モータに接続された第5回転要素と、前記第2モータおよび前記出力要素に接続された第6回転要素とを備えた第2差動機構と、
係合されることにより前記第1回転要素、前記第2回転要素、および前記第3回転要素のうちの2つを連結する第1係合機構と、
係合されることにより前記第3回転要素と、前記第5回転要素および前記第6回転要素のいずれか一方とを連結する第2係合機構と、
係合されることにより前記第1回転要素と所定の固定部材とを連結する第3係合機構とを備え、
前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータから駆動トルクを出力する走行形態であるEVモードの設定が可能であって、
前記EVモードは、前記第1係合機構を解放し、かつ前記第2係合機構と前記第3係合機構とを係合することにより設定されるローモードと、前記第2係合機構を解放し、かつ前記第1係合機構と前記第3係合機構とを係合することにより設定され、前記ローモードより前記第1モータから前記出力要素に伝達されるトルクが小さいハイモードとを含む
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第1係合機構は、前記第1回転要素と前記第3回転要素とを選択的に連結する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第1係合機構は、前記第1回転要素と前記第2回転要素とを選択的に連結する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第1係合機構は、前記第2回転要素と前記第3回転要素とを選択的に連結する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項2ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第2係合機構は、前記第3回転要素と前記第5回転要素とを選択的に連結する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項2ないし請求項4の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第2係合機構は、前記第3回転要素と前記第6回転要素とを選択的に連結する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第1差動機構は、遊星歯車機構により構成され、
前記第1回転要素は第1サンギヤにより構成され、前記第2回転要素は第1リングギヤにより構成され、前記第3回転要素は第1キャリヤにより構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第1差動機構は、遊星歯車機構により構成され、
前記第1回転要素は第1リングギヤにより構成され、前記第2回転要素は第1サンギヤにより構成され、前記第3回転要素は第1キャリヤにより構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第1差動機構は、遊星歯車機構により構成され、
前記第1回転要素は第1キャリヤにより構成され、前記第2回転要素は第1サンギヤにより構成され、前記第3回転要素は第1リングギヤにより構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第1差動機構は、遊星歯車機構により構成され、
前記第1回転要素は第1サンギヤにより構成され、前記第2回転要素は第1キャリヤにより構成され、前記第3回転要素は第1リングギヤにより構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項7、請求項8および請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第2差動機構は、遊星歯車機構により構成され、
前記第4回転要素は第2キャリヤにより構成され、前記第5回転要素は第2サンギヤにより構成され、前記第6回転要素は第2リングギヤにより構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項7または請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第2差動機構は、遊星歯車機構により構成され、
前記第4回転要素は第2キャリヤにより構成され、前記第5回転要素は第2リングギヤにより構成され、前記第6回転要素は第2サンギヤにより構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項7または請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第2差動機構は、遊星歯車機構により構成され、
前記第4回転要素は第2リングギヤにより構成され、前記第5回転要素は第2サンギヤにより構成され、前記第6回転要素は第2キャリヤにより構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項7ないし請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記第2差動機構は、遊星歯車機構により構成され、
前記第4回転要素は第2サンギヤにより構成され、前記第5回転要素は第2リングギヤにより構成され、前記第6回転要素は第2キャリヤにより構成されている
