Description

[2]粘度調整剤及び酸化防止剤をさらに含有する、[1]に記載の潤滑油組成物。
[3]対向して相対的に運動する一対の摺動部材と、摺動部材を潤滑する[1]又は[2]に記載の潤滑油組成物と、を備え、摺動部材の少なくとも一方はダイヤモンドライクカーボン膜で被覆された摺動面を有する、摺動機構。
[4]組成物の、対向して相対的に運動する一対の摺動部材の潤滑に用いられる潤滑油としての使用であって、摺動部材の少なくとも一方が、ダイヤモンドライクカーボン膜で被覆された摺動面を有し、組成物が、鉱油系炭化水素油及び/又はポリ−α−オレフィンからなる潤滑油基油と、下記一般式(1)で表される潤滑油用添加剤と、を含有し、100℃における動粘度が4.0mm2/sを超える、使用。

[5]組成物の、対向して相対的に運動する一対の摺動部材の潤滑に用いられる潤滑油の製造のための使用であって、摺動部材の少なくとも一方が、ダイヤモンドライクカーボン膜で被覆された摺動面を有し、組成物が、鉱油系炭化水素油及び/又はポリ−α−オレフィンからなる潤滑油基油と、下記一般式(1)で表される潤滑油用添加剤と、を含有し、100℃における動粘度が4.0mm2/sを超える、使用。

潤滑油基油は、通常の潤滑油に使用される鉱油系炭化水素油及び/又はポリ−α−オレフィンからなる基油を使用することができる。
潤滑油用添加剤は、一般式(1)で表される化合物である。潤滑油用添加剤は、一般式(1)で表される化合物であれば、1種を単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を任意の割合で組み合わせて使用してもよい。
(製造例1)
<グリセリン−ジ−2−エチルヘキシルジチオホスフェート(上記一般式(1)の2つのXが硫黄原子、2つのRが2−エチルヘキシル基である化合物)の合成>
五硫化リン(P2S5)0.1mol(38.2g)及び2−エチルヘキシルアルコール(C8H17OH)0.4mol(52g)をフラスコに採取し、70℃で15時間撹拌させ、ジ−2−エチルヘキシルジチオホスフェート0.2mol(70.8g)を得た。
<グリセリン−ジ−2−エチルヘキシルホスフェート(上記一般式(1)の2つのXが酸素原子、2つのRが2−エチルヘキシル基である化合物)の合成>
ジ−2−エチルヘキシルホスフェート(C16H35O4P、東京化成工業株式会社)0.1mol(38.2g)及びグリシドール(C3H6O2、ALDRICH社)0.1mol(7.4g)をフラスコに採取し、室温(25℃)で20分撹拌させた。反応終了後、目的物であるグリセリン−ジ−2−エチルヘキシルホスフェート0.1mol(45.2g)を得た。
(実施例1〜7及び比較例1〜3)
表1に示すように、実施例1〜7及び比較例1〜3の潤滑油組成物をそれぞれ調製した。得られた潤滑油組成物について、摩擦特性を検討し、その結果を表1に併記した。
<潤滑油基油>
A−1:水素化精製鉱油(全芳香族含有量:0質量%、硫黄分:0質量ppm、100℃動粘度:4.2mm2/s、粘度指数:123)
A−2:水素化精製鉱油(全芳香族含有量:0質量%、硫黄分:0質量ppm、100℃動粘度:6.5mm2/s、粘度指数:131)
<潤滑油用添加剤>
B−1:グリセリン−ジ−2−エチルヘキシルジチオホスフェート(製造例1)[リン含有量(理論値):7.24質量%、硫黄含有量(理論値):14.95質量%]
B−2:グリセリン−ジ−2−エチルヘキシルホスフェート(製造例2)[リン含有量(理論値):7.82質量%]
b−1:ZDTP(亜鉛−ジアルキルジチオホスフェート)(シェブロンジャパン株式会社製、商品名「OLOA 262」)[リン含有量(理論値):6.2質量%、硫黄含有量(理論値):14.9質量%、亜鉛含有量(理論値):7.2質量%]
b−2:亜鉛−ジ−n−ヘキシルホスフェート[リン含有量(理論値):10.43質量%、亜鉛含有量(理論値):10.77質量%]
C−1(粘度調整剤):オレフィンコポリマー(非分散型のエチレン−プロピレン共重合体、シェブロンジャパン株式会社製、商品名「PARATONE 8057」)
D−1(酸化防止剤):アルキル化ジフェニルアミン(BASF社製、商品名「IRGANOXL 57」)
E−1(摩擦調整剤):グリセリンモノオレート(株式会社ADEKA製、商品名「キクルーブ FM−210」)
エンジンの動弁系を模擬した動弁系モータリング摩擦特性試験機によって、摩擦トルク及び摩擦低減率を求めた。動弁系モータリング摩擦試験機は、直打型エンジンの動弁系のカム(鋳鉄)及びタペット(DLC−Si成膜)の一対の摩擦トルクを測定することが可能な装置である。摩擦トルクは、油温80℃、回転数350rpmの条件で求めた。求めた摩擦トルクから、比較例1の摩擦トルク値を基準としたときの低減した割合を摩擦トルク低減率とした。低減率が大きいほど、省燃費性に優れることを意味する。結果を表1に示す。

- 粘度調整剤及び酸化防止剤をさらに含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 対向して相対的に運動する一対の摺動部材と、
前記摺動部材を潤滑する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑油組成物と、
を備え、
前記摺動部材の少なくとも一方が、ダイヤモンドライクカーボン膜で被覆された摺動面を有する、摺動機構。
