Claims (7)
- 電極組立体と電解液が収容される電池ケース、及び前記電池ケースの正極端子に結合され通電するとともに前記正極端子から分離可能であるセルキャップを備える円筒型二次電池セル、
複数の円筒型二次電池セルを相互連結し、中空が形成されたバスバー、及び
前記円筒型二次電池セルの前記セルキャップに結合され通電する断切部であって、前記バスバーの前記中空に配置されて、前記円筒型二次電池セルに結合され且つ前記バスバーに電気的に連結され、前記円筒型二次電池セルに異常現象が発生したとき、前記セルキャップとともに前記正極端子から分離されるとともに前記バスバーから分離されて前記複数の円筒型二次電池セル同士の電気的連結が切れるように構成される断切部、
を含む円筒型二次電池モジュール。 - 前記バスバーと前記円筒型二次電池セルとの間に絶縁部材が介在されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒型二次電池モジュール。
- 前記断切部は、
前記バスバーの中空に配置されて前記セルキャップに結合される第1部材、及び
前記第1部材と前記バスバーとにそれぞれ電気的に連結される第2部材
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒型二次電池モジュール。 - 前記第2部材は、
前記第1部材に連結される第1連結地点、
前記バスバーに連結される第2連結地点、及び
前記第1連結地点から丸み付けられて前記第2連結地点に連結されるラウンド部
を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の円筒型二次電池モジュール。 - 前記第2部材は、所定範囲の圧力によって前記バスバーとの連結が切れるように予め設定された範囲の幅を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の円筒型二次電池モジュール。
- 前記第2部材は、所定範囲の温度で前記バスバーとの連結が切れるように予め設定された範囲の幅を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の円筒型二次電池モジュール。
- 前記第2部材は、過熱時に切れるように銅またはアルミニウム材質からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の円筒型二次電池モジュール。
