Claims (6)
- 第1の金属部品と第2の金属部品の連続表面の間に挿入された予備焼結されたろう付けペレットの溶融固化物である冶金接合部によって前記第2の金属部品に連動接合される前記第1の金属部品を含み、前記第1の金属部品がキャリア部分のスパイダを含み、前記第2の金属部品が前記キャリア部分のフランジを含む、前記キャリア部分を含む物品を製造する方法であって、
粉末金属、潤滑剤及びフラックス材料を用いてろう付けペレットを形成し、前記ろう付けペレットを予備焼結して前記潤滑剤及び前記フラックス材料を除去し、予備焼結されたろう付けペレットを形成することと、
前記予備焼結されたろう付けペレットを、前記第1の金属部品と前記第2の金属部品とをろう付けすべき位置に配置することと、
前記予備焼結されたろう付けペレットを含有する前記第1および第2金属部品の前記キャリア部分を形成する組み合わせを、前記予備焼結されたろう付けペレットが溶融して金属部品を接合することで冶金接合部を形成するまで加熱することと、を含み、
