Claims (3)
- 雌端子、前記雌端子を内方に収容して外方から覆う筒状で且つ絶縁性の雌側嵌合部及び絶縁性の雌側絶縁部材が設けられた雌コネクタと、
雄端子、前記雄端子を内方に収容して外方から間隔を空けて覆い、その間隔から成る筒状の空間部に前記雌端子及び前記雌側嵌合部を同一軸線上で挿入させる筒状で且つ絶縁性の雄側嵌合部及び絶縁性の雄側絶縁部材が設けられた雄コネクタと、
を備え、
前記雌端子は、内方に雌側空間部が形成された筒状の雌側接続体を有し、
前記雄端子は、同一筒軸上で前記雌側空間部に挿入嵌合させる筒状の雄側接続体を有し、
前記雄側絶縁部材は、同一筒軸上で前記雄側接続体におけるコネクタ挿入方向側の先端面を覆う筒状の外方筒体を有し、
前記雄側接続体は、同一筒軸上で絶縁性の筒状の内方筒体が挿入された雄側空間部を内方に有し、
前記雌側絶縁部材は、前記雌側空間部の筒軸と同一の軸線上で前記雌側空間部に配置され、前記雌側接続体と前記雄側接続体とが挿入嵌合状態のときに、前記外方筒体の内方の第1空間部と前記内方筒体の内方の第2空間部とに挿入される柱状又は筒状の触指防止体を有し、
前記触指防止体は、軸線方向にて、前記雌側接続体におけるコネクタ挿入方向側の先端面よりも突出させ、
前記雌側嵌合部は、筒軸方向にて、前記雌側接続体の前記先端面よりも突出させた環状体を有し、
前記触指防止体と前記雌側嵌合部と前記外方筒体と前記雄側嵌合部は、前記触指防止体と前記外方筒体との間の挿入と、前記雌側嵌合部と前記雄側嵌合部との間の挿入と、が同等の時期に始まるように形成することを特徴とした嵌合コネクタ。 - 前記内方筒体は、前記外方筒体に一体化させることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の嵌合コネクタ。
- 前記内方筒体の筒軸方向の長さは、前記雌側接続体と前記雄側接続体とが挿入嵌合状態のときに、前記触指防止体におけるコネクタ挿入方向側の先端が前記第2空間部の中に配置される長さであることを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の嵌合コネクタ。
