Description
Claims (16)
- 第1X線源(224)とX線撮影検出器装置(226)とを備える回転部(220)を具備する医療画像診断用のX線撮影装置(200)であって、
前記第1X線源と前記検出器装置は、少なくとも前記回転部の回転軸線(222)の周りでの回転移動(R)によって画像を与えるように構成されており、
前記検出器装置が、パノラマ画像とコンピュータ断層撮影画像とセファロ画像とを提供するように構成された少なくとも一つの検出器(227、227a、227b)を具備しており、
前記回転部が、撮影のために前記少なくとも一つの検出器を位置決めするために、前記回転部に対して前記少なくとも一つの検出器を移動させるように構成された移動手段(230)を更に具備し、
前記検出器装置は、前記パノラマ画像、前記コンピュータ断層撮影画像、及び前記セファロ画像の生成の際に前記回転部に取り付けられており、
前記装置の検出器モータ(235)は、前記検出器装置に属するとともにパノラマ画像及びセファロ画像を提供する検出器(227,227a)を、前記移動手段のコンベヤ装置(233)が、前記移動手段のガイド装置(234)により横に案内するように、前記移動手段を駆動し、
該X線撮影装置は、前記回転部に取り付けられた前記検出器と共に、セファロ撮影位置において前記セファロ画像を提供する第2のX線源(265)を更に具備する、
X線撮影装置。 - 前記ガイド装置は前記コンベヤ装置に接続され、前記ガイド装置は前記検出器を前記回転部に取り付け、前記移動手段は、レール(231a、231b)と、ねじ付きロッド(232)と、ガイド溝(236)の少なくとも1つを具備しており、
前記検出器モータは、前記ガイド装置が前記ガイド溝に沿って前記検出器を案内するように前記レールに沿って前記コンベヤ装置を移動させるねじ付きロッドにより、前記検出器を移動させる、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ガイド溝は、直線溝、湾曲した溝又は曲がりくねった溝により前記検出器を横に案内することを可能にする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1X線源、及び前記回転部に取り付けられた前記検出器は、パノラマ撮影位置において前記パノラマ画像を提供する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1X線源、及び前記検出器装置に属し且つ前記回転部に取り付けられたコンピュータ断層撮影検出器(227b)が、コンピュータ断層撮影位置において前記コンピュータ断層撮影画像を提供する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記検出器が、前記第1X線源と前記コンピュータ断層撮影検出器との間にあるように、前記検出器及び前記コンピュータ断層撮影検出器は、前記パノラマ撮影位置において連続して配置される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記検出器及び前記コンピュータ断層撮影検出器は、セファロ撮影位置及び/又は前記コンピュータ断層撮影位置において、互いに対して実質的に隣接して配置される、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記検出器は、前記パノラマ画像と、前記コンピュータ断層撮影画像と、前記セファロ画像とを提供するように構成された兼用検出器(227)である、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1X線源、及び前記回転部に取り付けられた前記兼用検出器は、パノラマ撮影位置において前記パノラマ画像を、及びコンピュータ断層撮影位置において前記コンピュータ断層撮影画像を提供し、
前記第2のX線源、及び前記回転部に取り付けられた前記兼用検出器は、セファロ撮影位置において前記セファロ画像を提供する、請求項8に記載の装置。 - 撮影される患者を支持するためのセファロ用患者支持体(268、269)を具備するセファロヘッド(262)を該X線撮影装置に取り付けるための第1のアーム(260)と、前記第2のX線源を該X線撮影装置に取り付けるための第2のアーム(261)と、を更に具備する、請求項1または9に記載の装置。
- 前記検出器装置は、前記パノラマ撮影位置、コンピュータ断層撮影位置及びセファロ撮影位置をとるように構成されており、
前記パノラマ撮影位置において、前記検出器及び前記コンピュータ断層撮影検出器は、前記検出器が前記第1X線源に関して前記コンピュータ断層撮影検出器の前にあるように、連続して配置されており、
前記コンピュータ断層撮影及び/又はセファロ撮影位置において、前記検出器及び前記コンピュータ断層撮影検出器は、前記第1X線源又は第2のX線源に対して並んで配置される、請求項1、6、7及び10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記回転部を支持するための上側シェルフ(250)であって、前記回転部が直線移動(L)によって該上側シェルフに対して移動することを可能にし、かつ柱(240)の周りでの該上側シェルフの回動(P)を可能にするためのピボットジョイント(252)で前記柱(240)に取り付けられる上側シェルフ(250)を更に具備する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記兼用検出器は、前記移動手段により及び/又は前記回転移動、直線移動及び回動の少なくとも1つによって、前記パノラマ撮影位置、コンピュータ断層撮影位置及びセファロ撮影位置の内の少なくとも二つ間において移動されられる、請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮影装置(200)を制御する方法であって、
前記セファロ画像を前記セファロ撮影位置で提供するために前記回転部(220)に取り付けられた前記検出器が前記第2のX線源(265)とともに用いられるとき、前記検出器(227,227a)を前記ガイド装置(234)が横に案内するように、前記検出器モータ(235)によって、前記コンベヤ装置(233)を駆動する段階、を含むX線撮影装置を制御する方法。 - コンピュータにおいて実行されるとき請求項14に記載の方法を実施するように構成されたコンピュータプログラム(289)。
- 請求項15に記載のコンピュータプログラム(289)を含む、有形不揮発性コンピュータ可読媒体。
