Claims (14)
- 可視化カテーテルであって、
近位端、遠位端、及び前記近位端から前記遠位端まで延伸する中心軸を備える長尺のシャフトと、
前記シャフトの前記遠位端に連結されるキャップ部分であって、前記シャフトの前記遠位端から遠位に延び、可視化要素を含むとともに開口部を画定し、かつ遠位端を備えるキャップ部分と、を含み、
前記可視化要素は前記シャフトの前記中心軸に対し斜めまたは直交する方向で前記開口部を通るよう指向され、
前記シャフトの前記遠位端に連結されたオフセットバルーンであって、前記遠位端を備えた前記キャップ部分を封入し、かつ、前記シャフトの前記中心軸に対してオフセットした中心点を画定するオフセットバルーンを備えることを特徴とする可視化カテーテル。 - 前記オフセットバルーンは、前記シャフトの前記中心軸から前記オフセットバルーンの第一側面の外面までの半径距離が、前記シャフトの前記中心軸から前記オフセットバルーンの、反対側の第二側面の外面までの半径距離よりも大きいように搭載される、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記オフセットバルーンは、前記シャフトの前記中心軸から前記オフセットバルーンの前記中心点までの半径距離が、0.5ミリメートルから5ミリメートルまでの範囲であるように搭載される、請求項1又は2に記載のカテーテル。

- 前記内側バルーンは第一所定圧力まで膨張するように適応され、前記外側バルーンは第二所定圧力まで膨張するように適応される、請求項10又は11に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記外側バルーンは複数の開口部を有する穿孔壁を備え、前記内側バルーンは非穿孔壁を備える、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記内側及び外側バルーンでは、膨張時において前記外側バルーンに対する前記内側バルーンの体積比が、1:2から2:3の範囲にある、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
