Claims (20)
- 医療器械であって、
組織を焼灼するように構成された遠位端部を有するシャフトと、
第1組織層と、第1組織層に隣接する第2組織層との間に挿入するために構成された拡張可能部材であって、第1組織層を第2組織層から分離するために、折り畳み状態から拡張状態に拡張するように構成された拡張可能部材と、を備え、
前記拡張可能部材の少なくとも一部は、拡張状態において、略平坦な基部を有する、医療器械。 - 前記拡張可能部材の本体は、拡張状態において、略テーパー形状を有する、請求項1に記載の医療器械。
- 前記拡張可能部材の少なくとも一部は、拡張状態において、くさび形の外形を有する、請求項1に記載の医療器械。
- 前記シャフトは焼灼チップを有する、請求項1に記載の医療器械。
- 前記拡張可能部材は複数の膨張チャンバを備える、請求項1に記載の医療器械。
- 前記拡張可能部材は、略平坦な基部と、略平坦な上面を有する本体と、を備え、前記略平坦な上面と略平坦な基部とは、シャフトの長手軸線に直交するように配向された直線状の端縁において接している、請求項1に記載の医療器械。
- 前記シャフトを通って遠位開口まで延びる通路をさらに備え、前記通路は流体を送給するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の医療器械。
- 組織層を分離する方法であって、該方法は、
組織を焼灼するように構成された遠位端部を有するシャフトと、前記シャフトの遠位端部に隣接する拡張可能部材と、を備えた医療器械の遠位部分を組織部位に隣接させて配置することと、
前記遠位部分を前記組織部位の第1組織層と第2組織層との間に挿入することと、
前記拡張可能部材を折り畳み形態から拡張形態に拡張させて、第1組織層を第2組織層から分離することと、を含み、
前記拡張可能部材の少なくとも一部は、拡張形態において、くさび形の外形を有する、方法。 - 前記拡張可能部材を折り畳むことと、
前記拡張可能部材を組織部位の第2位置に配置することと、
前記拡張可能部材を拡張させて、第1組織層を第2組織層から分離することと、をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記拡張可能部材を拡張させる前に、第1組織層と第2組織層との間に流体を注入することをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記拡張可能部材を拡張させた後に、第1組織層と第2組織層との間に治療装置を挿入して、第1組織層の一部を切離することをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第1組織層は粘膜層であり、第2組織層は筋層である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記遠位部分を第1組織層と第2組織層との間に挿入する前に、前記器械の遠位端部によって第1組織層を切除することをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 器具であって、
近位端部および遠位端部を有するキャップ部材であって、前記近位端部は導入シースの遠位部分に固定されるように構成されており、前記キャップ部材または前記キャップ部材の一部のうちの少なくとも一方は透明である、キャップ部材と、
前記キャップ部材の遠位端部から遠位に延びるチップと、
前記キャップ部材に固定された少なくとも1つの拡張可能部材と、
を備え、
前記拡張可能部材は折り畳み状態と拡張状態との間を移行するように構成されている、器具。 - 前記チップは組織を焼灼するように構成されている、請求項14に記載の器具。
- 前記チップは非外傷性形態を有する、請求項14に記載の器具。
- 前記少なくとも1つの拡張可能部材または前記少なくとも1つの拡張可能部材の一部のうちの少なくとも一方は透明である、請求項14に記載の器具。
- 前記チップは前記キャップ部材とは独立して動くように構成されている、請求項14に記載の器具。
- 前記キャップ部材を長手方向に往復運動させるための往復運動機構をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の器具。
- 前記往復運動機構は前記導入シースを通って延び、前記キャップ部材に作動可能に接続しており、前記キャップ部材の往復運動を前記導入シースに対して長手方向に駆動する、請求項19に記載の器具。
