Description
実質的に筒状を呈し筒一端側を閉塞すると共に筒他端を前記流体の加圧空間との連通部とする弁室であって、前記筒一端側に形成された第一連絡部と、前記連通部と前記第一連絡部との間となる箇所に形成された第二連絡部とを備えた弁室と、
前記第二連絡部と前記吐出口とを連絡するメイン流路と、
前記第一連絡部と前記メイン流路とを連絡するサブ流路と、
前記弁室内にあって、前記加圧空間側が所定の圧力に達するまでは閉弁位置に保持され、前記加圧空間側が所定の圧力に達したときは前記第一連絡部側に往動し前記第二連絡部を開放して前記吐出を実行させ、前記吐出終了後は前記連通部側に復動して再び前記閉弁位置に保持されるように構成された弁体とを備えてなり、
磁石及びこの磁石が吸着される部材の一方を前記弁体側に、他方を前記弁室側に備えさせて前記弁体の前記閉弁位置での保持及び前記復動が前記磁石の吸着力によりなされるようにしてなる、ものとした。
(1)前記流体の加圧空間4との連通部5aと、前記連通部5aと反対の側に形成された第一連絡部5bと、前記連通部5aと前記第一連絡部5bとの間となる箇所に形成された第二連絡部5cとを備えた弁室5と、
(2)前記第二連絡部5cと前記吐出口3とを連絡するメイン流路6と、
(3)前記第一連絡部5bと前記メイン流路6とを連絡するサブ流路7と、
(4)前記弁室5内にあって、前記加圧空間4側が所定の圧力に達したときは前記第一連絡部5b側に往動し前記第二連絡部5cを開放して前記吐出を実行させ、前記吐出終了後は前記連通部5a側に復動して前記第二連絡部5cを閉鎖するように構成された弁体8と、を備えてなる。
前記流体の吹き付け装置2は、
(1)前記流体の吐出口3と、
(2)ピストン16の前方の加圧空間4(ピストン16の移動により容積を変化させるシリンダ17内の空間)を前記流体吐出機構1の連通部5aに連通させたシリンダ17と、
(3)モータ18aを含んだ前記ピストン16の駆動機構18と、
(4)前記加圧空間4と前記吐出口3とを連絡する流路19中にあって前記ピストン16の前進によって前記加圧空間4の圧力が所定値になったときに開弁して前記流路19を開放するように機能する前記流体吐出機構1とを、備えてなる。

Claims (3)
- 流体を吐出口から間欠的に吐出させる機構であって、
実質的に筒状を呈し筒一端側を閉塞すると共に筒他端を前記流体の加圧空間との連通部とする弁室であって、前記筒一端側に形成された第一連絡部と、前記連通部と前記第一連絡部との間となる箇所に形成された第二連絡部とを備えた弁室と、
前記第二連絡部と前記吐出口とを連絡するメイン流路と、
前記第一連絡部と前記メイン流路とを連絡するサブ流路と、
前記弁室内にあって、前記加圧空間側が所定の圧力に達するまでは閉弁位置に保持され、前記加圧空間側が所定の圧力に達したときは前記第一連絡部側に往動し前記第二連絡部を開放して前記吐出を実行させ、前記吐出終了後は前記連通部側に復動して再び前記閉弁位置に保持されるように構成された弁体とを備えてなり、
磁石及びこの磁石が吸着される部材の一方を前記弁体側に、他方を前記弁室側に備えさせて前記弁体の前記閉弁位置での保持及び前記復動が前記磁石の吸着力によりなされるようにしてなる、流体吐出機構。 - 前記弁体に形成された溝によって、前記往動時に前記加圧空間と前記メイン流路とが連通されるようにしてなる、請求項1に記載の流体吐出機構。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流体吐出機構を、前記吐出部から吐出される流体が車両用カメラ又はセンサーの入力部に吹き付けられるように備えてなる、車両用カメラ又はセンサーに対する流体の吹き付け装置。
