Claims (2)
- 燃料圧力が30MPa以上で使用されるとともに、ロールフォーミング加工により成形加工された鉄鋼製の溶接管にて形成されるガソリン直噴用フューエルレールの製造方法において、上記溶接管を、Cが0.18%〜0.20%、Siが0.20%〜0.21%、Mnが1.25%〜1.63%、Pが0.010%〜0.015%、Sが0.002%、Nbが0.025%〜0.026%、Moが0.25%〜0.38%の化学成分を含み、フェライト組織、又はフェライト−パーライト組織が形成された鉄合金にて形成するとともに、板厚tと外径Dとの比t/Dを0.2以下とし、この溶接管を、炉中で1000℃以上に昇温するとともに、この温度から室温まで徐冷を行う炉中ろう付け加工を施すことによりベイナイト組織を析出させ、上記炉中ろう付け加工後の引張強度、0.2%耐力、及び硬度の数値を、上記溶接管への成形加工前よりも高いものとすることを特徴とするガソリン直噴用フューエルレールの製造方法。
- 燃料圧力は、30MPa〜80MPaであることを特徴とする請求項1のガソリン直噴用フューエルレールの製造方法。
